（1）表示将要发生的动作或安排，或打算、计划、决定要做的事。
eg：We

to

(2)表示主语根据当前的情况做出的预测。通常是有迹象表明某事即将发生，表达说话人较肯定的判断，指即将发生或肯定要发生的事，常用于I'm
sure，I'm

think等后面。
