Group exercise is one of the most effective ways to improve physical fitness and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Group exercise is challenging, yet fun and empowering! Of course everyone knows that exercise is good for the body. However, studies have shown that when exercise is performed in groups, it's not only great for improving physical health but for psychological health. It's an opportunity to be social, release endorphins (内啡肽), and improve your strength. Additionally, group exercise creates a community feel and the shared common goal motivates participants to work hard. The instrumental support of taking on a fitness journey with others proves more effective than going to the gym alone.
Another beneficial aspect of group exercise is the informational support participants receive from the instructor. Many people fear the gym because they feel lost and don't want to embarrass themselves. If you feel you can relate, then group training is an even better option for you. It's a great opportunity to learn more about fitness through the clear instruction and supervision of a fitness instructor. If you're tired of wandering around the gym wasting time and becoming bored, you can attend an upbeat group fitness class that'll keep your workout on track. Don't let fitness frighten you!
If you're serious about wanting to live a healthy lifestyle, it's extremely important to surround yourself with people who'll provide you with the proper emotional support. I wouldn't scold anyone for deciding to party on weekends and in turn I wouldn't expect anyone to give offence to me for focusing on my health. Surround yourself with people who uplift, encourage and understand you! Make fitness even more fun by trying something new or any group fitness class, with a friend. Plan to go for a jog together. Then try a fun healthy restaurant or fresh juice bar! Fitness can be both fun and social!
Surrounding yourself with people who'll provide you with respect and support can be very beneficial while working towards reaching health and fitness goals. First, decide to do it for yourself and work towards staying positive. Then make sure the people you surround yourself with are supportive. Don't let negativity ruin your motivation.

Physical education, or gym class, isn't required for all high school students. In some schools, it isn't offered for some different reasons. But should high school students have physical education The answer is certainly “yes”.
Today many people don't do sports. But as is known to all, doing sports is very important for an adult. Teaching teens the importance of a healthy lifestyle and making fitness plans now can help teens put exercise in the first place as an adult.
High school isn't that easy. Many students are under a lot of stress. Stress can be harmful to a student's studies and life. Doing sports can help them deal with stress better, helping them live a happier life at school.
The American Heart Association says that 10 million kids and teens suffer from obesity (肥胖症). Teens should get 60 minutes of physical activity per day to control their weight and to help their bones get stronger. The increase in activities that don't get teens to move around, such as video games and computer activities, means many teens don't get their required exercise. Physical education classes act as a public health measure to encourage activity and help teens have healthy weights.
Inactivity increases teens' risk of developing many diseases. An active lifestyle offers a good way of protection from these health problems. As much as 75 percent of health care spending goes toward treating medical conditions that can be hindered by lifestyle changes, according to the American College of Sports Medicine.
According to the President's Council on Fitness, Sports and Nutrition (PCFSN), students who performed five hours of physical activity each week improved their academic (学业的) performance. Students from programs with no physical activity, who used the extra time for classroom study, did not perform better on tests than those who gave up some study time in support of physical education.

At 9:30 am on a Wednesday morning, I received a notification (通知) that I'd already picked up my phone 30 times that day! “11 left until you go over your goal of 41 pickups,” my screen read. “Put your phone down until 9:52 am! Enjoy your time living in the moment.”
These updates were sent via Moment, an app that tracks the screen time, created by Kevin Holesh in 2014 to fight his own device addiction. He was working as an independent app developer, spending hours each day staring at screens. After work, Holesh found that he was looking mindlessly online instead of talking to his wife or taking his dogs for a walk.
“I wanted a way of seeing how much time I was sinking into my phone,” he said. “So I came up with something that could monitor my screen time.” Holesh found that he was spending 75 minutes on his phone a day. He added a function to the app that informed him whenever his screen time was more than 40 minutes. “My phone would make a sound like a bee, and I'd go and do something else. It was like something pushing me in the right direction,” he said. Holesh figured that if the system worked for him, it would work for others, and later that year he made Moment a free app. To date, it has been downloaded 8 million times.
Besides, Moment also has a “coach” function, offering guided programs to help users focus and be more productive, for $7.99 a month.
“I am so much happier, I sleep better, I read more, I take better care of myself, and most of all I am present in my day to day life,” Jack, a user said. Similar comments on Moment reflect a growing consciousness around “digital wellness”, the name given to lifestyle practices that encourage healthy device use.

It is not as simple as opening the door and hitting the track in winter. There are a few things you can do to ensure you are getting the most out of your run and, importantly, not doing more harm than good.
Warm up, cool down
__36__. Your muscles need some time to warm up when it's cold, so take it easy when you set off and do a few stretches once you're finished.
Drink water
You might not feel hot, but that's because sweat evaporates (蒸发) more quickly into the chilly, dry air. So be sure to drink water before, during and after cold weather workouts. __37__. A belt bottle conveniently attaches to your waist so you don't have to carry it and can have a drink whenever you feel like it.
__38__
Running in cotton is a bad idea. Wear thin, breathable layers of synthetic (合成的) clothing that help protect you from the wind and snow, but still let out heat and moisture. Thirty percent of your body heat escapes through your hands and forty percent through your head. Wear a hat, or beanie (无檐小便帽), and gloves so your circulatory system can distribute warm blood to the rest of your body. __39__.
Run into the wind
__40__. Obviously, it will be an easier passage home with some extra help from Mother Nature. But, more importantly, you won't have the wind in your face for the second half of your run, when you are more likely to be sweating and catch a chill.
A.Dress right
B.Keep warm
C.Don't go too fast, too soon
D.Start and finish in the same way
E.Don't wait to drink water until you feel thirsty
F.Head out into the wind and come home with it at your back

The reply of the __46__was,“Suck it up (忍气吞声)”. The truth is that the complaining campers were nowhere near the point of __47__. If they had been, the teachers would have noticed the __48__ and given them care. The kids simply weren't used to the physical challenge. Once they realized they weren't getting any sympathy they would __49__ the discomfort, and in most cases end up having a great time. In my camp days, I don't __50__ a single camper complaining at the top of the mountain.
There are two ways to deal with an __51__ situation. You can complain, or you can make the best of it. A woman who had a stroke (中风) while on a Face Time video call with her sister, said the technology saved her life. Esmee Russell, head of the Stroke Association, said, “A stroke can happen to anyone, at any age, at any time. That's why it's so important that people know how to act fast: it could save a life.” Strokes happen when the blood supply to part of the brain is cut off by a clot (凝块), or damaged by bleeding that causes brain cells in the affected area to die.
Opokua Kwapong, who lives alone in New York, was on a call with her sister, Adumea Sapong, in Manchester, when Mrs Sapong noticed that her elder sister “didn't look right”. And she also noticed her sister's voice was slurred (口齿不清). Ms Kwapong said she had not realised how serious the situation was.
The 58 year old Kwapong had woken from an afternoon sleep when Mrs Sapong called her on Face Time. Ms Kwapong said “My sister looked at me and said she could see that my face didn't look right. She also said that I was slurring my words, but I thought she was making a fuss (大惊小怪) and I didn't believe her.”
Mrs Sapong said “When I called Kwapong, she said that she'd not been feeling well and had been feeling tired and was also having some difficulty walking. I said, ‘Perhaps you need to take some medicine.’ She tried to pick up a glass of water but wasn't able to. Then I noticed on the Face Time video call that her face was drooping. I told her she needed to hang up and immediately see a doctor. She thought I was making a fuss so I then called one of my other sisters, who is a doctor, and she could hear her speaking and could also tell that her speech was slurred. We both told her to call for help at once.”
注意:1.续写词数应为150左右;
2.请按如下格式作答。
Ms Kwapong hung up the call and then dialed the emergency services.
Ms Kwapong said: “There is no doubt that the Internet and technology saved my life.
参考范文:
Ms Kwapong hung up the call and then dialed the emergency services. The ambulance rushed to her house and some nurses sent her to hospital. In hospital, Ms Kwapong was diagnosed with stroke and should stay at hospital for at least one week, Her sister Adumea Sapong looked after her. Her doctor said she was lucky to receive treatment in time or she could have had much trouble.
Ms Kwapong said: “There is no doubt that the Internet and technology saved my life. If my sister had not noticed that something was not right, then things could have been so different. Not only did technology save my life,it now also allows me to live my life. I rely a lot on Face Time as I'm not able to travel as much as I did previously. You hear a lot of negative stories about the Internet and technology, but I think this is an example of how technology can help us in daily life.”
