I'm happy to be here today to share my experience with you. Three years ago,my doctor told me that I had to lose weight to stay healthy. So, I made up my mind that I would change my lifestyle.

Do you feel down more often during the winter months If so, you might have winter depression. It's also known to doctors as seasonal affective disorder(SAD).
SAD usually starts in autumn or winter and ends in spring or early summer. As the weather gets colder and the days get shorter, you feel more tired, sleepy and even hopeless at times.
