Eat vegetables Always eat vegetables. "Not liking vegetables" is the equivalent(对应词) of saying "I don't like people" — it's a massive generalization(泛论). There are many kinds of vegetables, so keep on trying different ones until you find out which ones you like. Once you have found out, be sure to eat them every meal, not just at lunch.
Cook at home When you cook at home you have 100 percent control over both what kind of food you eat and how much you eat. When you go to a restaurant, you can't control any of these. And also cooking at home is healthier.
Walk, run or ride a bike The next time you want to go somewhere, leave your car keys at home. Take a walk, a run, or pull out the bike — in addition to being healthy, it feels great to get outside and be active.
Sleep 8 hours This one is important! Sleeping 8 hours a night leaves us energized and ready to take on the day. When we get less than 8 hours of rest, we lose focus and are inefficient(效率低的).If you've had enough sleep, you will find that you're able to get more done in less time. Those hours you "saved" by sleeping for only 5 hours are eaten up by the tiredness during the whole day.

Dear Susan,
I'm sorry to hear that you're not feeling well. You are new here, so you may feel lonely. I think you should make some Chinese friends. And you shouldn't study too late in the evening. It is bad for your health. If you have problems, you can ask your teachers or classmates for help. They are friendly. What's more, you should take exercise every day. You said you had a cold yesterday. If so, you should go to a doctor in time.
I hope you will get well soon.
Yours,
Zhao Hua
