1. be sure about 确信; 对……有把握
My parents want me to be a doctor, but I’m not sure about that. 我父母想让我当医生, 但我没有把握。
He’s quite sure about getting the scholarship.
他很确信能得到奖学金。
be sure about意为“确信……; 对……有把握”, 后跟名词、代词或动词-ing形式。
（2） be sure的其他两种用法
be sure+to do sth. 表示说话人对句子主语作出的判断, 意为
“必定、必然会”。
It is sure to rain. 天一定会下雨。
be sure+宾语从句 表示主句主语对宾语从句中涉及的事物所作出的判断, 意为“确信某事一定会……”。
We are sure he will make great progress this term. 我们确信他这学期一定会取得巨大进步。
2. keep on 继续
keep on意为“继续”, 后常跟动词-ing形式, 意为“继续做某事”, 也可单独使用。
I’m going to keep on writing stories.
我打算继续写故事。
Keep on until you reach the crossing.

keep的四种用法
(1)keep+(sb. /sth. )+形容词或介词短语, 可表示“让(某人/物)保持某种状态”;
(2)keep+(sb. /sth. )+doing sth. 意为“(让某人/物)不断做某事”;
(3)keep+(sb. /sth. )+from doing sth. 意为“阻止、防止(某人/物)做某事”;
(4)keep可替代borrow, 表示延续意义, 可以与一段时间连用。
3.I’m going to start when I finish high school and college.
我打算上完中学和大学时开始。
本句是一个复合句, when引导的是时间状语从句。
含有when引导的时间状语从句的复合句中, 如果主句和从句的动作都发生在将来, 主句用将来时,
时间状语从句用一般现在时。
She is going to be a teacher when she grows up.
她长大后想当一名老师。

be going to结构的各种句式:
(4)there be句式: There be going to+ be+主语+其他。
(3)疑问句式: Be +主语+ going to +动词原形+其他
(2)否定句式: 主语+ be +not+ going to +动词原形+其他。
(1)肯定句式: 主语+ be+ going to +动词原形+其他。
在“be going to +动词原形”结构中, 助动词be有人称和数的变化, 根据主语的不同变成相应的am, is, are。
