所表达的含义

be going to +动词原形
“be going to+ 动词原形”结构可以表示将来，多用于口语中。此结构表示说话人的意图，指打算、准备做某事，也可以表示有迹象表明即将发生或可能会出现什么情况。be 动词随主语的人称和数的变化而变化。
① 用来表示决定要做某事（即一种计划或打算），通常译作“计划；打算；准备”等。
e.g. She is going to work hard next term.
② 表示主语根据当前的情况做出的预测。 常用于 I’m sure, I’m afraid 或 I think 等后面。
e.g. I think it is going to rain. Take an umbrella with you.
我觉得要下雨了。你带把伞。
be going to的用法
③ be going to 的否定形式可用于表示不愿意或拒绝。若主语是 you, 则表示不可以或禁止。
e.g. We’re not going to pay for it.
You’re not going to bring your pet dog here.
④ be going to 常与表示将来的时间状语连用，如 this evening, tomorrow, the day after tomorrow (后天), next week/month/year, soon等；也可与when, before, after, until等引导的时间状语从句连用。
我们不会付钱的。

肯定句 主语 + be going to + 动词原形 + 其他. I am going to play basketball.
否定句 主语 + be not going to + 动词原形 + 其他. I am not going to play basketball.
一般疑问句及其肯定、否定回答 Be + 主语 + going to + 动词原形 + 其他 肯定回答：Yes, 主语 + be. 否定回答：No, 主语 + be not. —Are you going to play basketball

特殊疑问句 特殊疑问词 + be + 主语 + going to + 动词原形 + 其他？ Where are you going to play basketball
there be 结构与be going to 结构连用，表示“将有……”。
如：There is going to be an English party in our school next Friday．
下周五我们学校将有一场英语晚会。
