一、教学内容及分析
Unit 6 I’m Going to Study Computer Science. (Section A 1a-2c)
本课是一节听说课,学生需掌握两个重点句型want to be和be going to do,开展对未来理想职业的讨论,并引入学生对自己理想职业的打算和思考。通过输出环节,帮助学生对句型的掌握,并给其更多表达的机会和形式。应鼓励启发学生明白实现梦想需要决心和坚持。
二、教学目标
1.知识目标
学生能够掌握本单元Section A部分的词汇和句型结构。
词汇:programmer, cook, doctor, engineer, violinist, pianist, college, grow up
句型:want to do (be going to be)/ be going to do
2.能力目标
能用本单元的句型和词汇语与他人交流自己未来的职业以及实现理想的打算。
3.情感目标
通过交流自己未来的职业,激发学生对未来的美好憧憬,能鼓励学生树立为实现人生理想而努力的决心和信心。
三、重点与难点
重点:会利用职业词汇和want to do结构表达my dream job;
难点:掌握一般将来时态be going to的构成形式;并在不同情境下熟练运用一般将来时,用以表达future plan。

Step 2 Presentation & Practice 1
Lead the students to guess what my dreams are in different period of my life and teach them the vocabulary about jobs.
Guide them to learn “want to do” structure.
Step 3 Presentation & Practice 2
T: Is it easy to make our dream come true?
How is Mr. Wang going to become a great teacher?
Suppose one student is Mr. Wang and have a pair work with the other student.
Step 4 Listening 1b
Get students to guess according to the pictures.
Listen to 1b and finish listening task.
Step 5 Dream Job Center
T: This is Job Center and a lot of students come here to talk about their dreams. Cheng Han is just one of them.
Complete the information chart of Cheng Han in the job center. Listen to 2a/2b. (listen to 2a/2b)
Ask the student to write the information chart of his/her own dream and then share it with the partner. The partner needs to complete missing blanks and introduce it to the whole class.
Step 6 Video

Play a video for students to make them understand that you need to stick to your dream!
