be in, 表示穿着的状态, 后接衣服、鞋帽等;也可接颜色, 表示穿着什么颜色的衣服。
in 是介词, 通常需要和 be 动词搭配作谓语, 如果没有 be 动词, “in+颜色/衣服” 是介
词短语, 通常作后置定语, 起到修饰限定名词的作用。

【详解】1. 指示代词 this、that、these 和 those 的用法
含义: 用来指示或标识特定的人或事物的代词。
(1)指时间或空间上较近的人或事物, 用 this/these;指时间或空间上较远的人或事物, 用that/those。
(2)this 常指后面要提到的事物, 有启下的作用;that 则指代上文提到的事物, 有承上的作用。

【考点 10】Do you have a big or small family
【详解】本句是选择疑问句, 指的是提出两个或两个以上可能的答案供对方选择的句式, 前一部分
是一般疑问句或特殊疑问句, 后面加上 or 提供给对方另一个条件, 让对方根据实际情况进行选择
回答。
选择疑问句回答时不能使用 yes 或 no, 应从所给的选项中选择一个作为答语, 或者根据实际情
况回答。语调一般是前升后降。
选择疑问句可以分为一般选择疑问句和特殊选择疑问句两种。
(1)一般选择疑问句: 一般疑问句+or+另一选择对象
例:
—Do you like apples or pears —I like pears.
(2)特殊选择疑问句: 特殊疑问句, A or B
例: —Which would you like better, tea or coffee —I like coffee.

【考点 11】Let me tell you about my family.
【详解】
(1)tell 动词, “告诉, 讲述”。常用搭配:
① tell sb. sth. = tell sth. to sb 告诉某人某事
② tell sb(not)to do sth. “告诉某人不要做某事”
③ tell sb. about sth. 告诉某人关于某事.
④ tell a story/tell stories“讲故事”
⑤ tell(sb. ) a lie/lies. (对某人)撒谎
(2)family 表示“家;家庭”, 为集合名词。若被视为整体, 谓语动词用单数形式;若强调个
体成员, 谓语动词用复数形式。
英语中通常用“the+姓氏+family”表示“……一家人, 相当于“the +姓氏复数”。
例: the Smith family = the Smiths 史密斯一家人 谓语动词用复数。
【辨析】family, house, home 与 room
family 强调家人;house 房子, 强调建筑物;
home 家, 指居住的地方, 通常含有感彩;room 指房子里的房间。

【点拨】一、基本用法
形容词性物主代词具有形容词性质, 在句中只能做定语, 后接名词表示所属关系。

二、特殊用法
1. 名词前用了形容词性物主代词就不再用冠词或指示代词。

2. 与形容词一起修饰名词时, 顺序是: 形容词性物主代词+形容词+名词。
This is my best friend.

①表示现阶段经常性、习惯性的动作。 例: He often runs in the morning.

例: I like swimming and I am strong.
④表示客观真理或事实。
例: The earth travels around the sun.
⑤时间状语从句和条件状语从句中, 用一般现在时表将来。
(2)一般现在时中行为动词的形式:
①在肯定句中: 动词原形(work)和动词第三人称单数形式(works)
②在否定句中: 助动词 don't / doesn't + 动词原形
③在疑问句中, 助动词 Do/Does + 动词原形
④动词三单形式变化规则:
一般情况词尾加 s;以 o, x, sh, ch,s(哦,蟋蟀吃屎)结尾, 加 es;以“辅音字母+y”结尾, 变 y 为 i 加 es;以“元音字母+s”结尾, 直接加 s。
⑤主谓一致: 主语是第一、二、复数人称时, 动词用原形;
主语是第三人称单数时, 动词用三单。
(4)基本句式结构:
①肯定句: 主语+动词(原形/三单)+其他.
例: I live in China. He lives in China.
②否定句: 主语+助动词否定式+动词原形+其他.
例: I don't live in China. He doesn't live in China.
③一般疑问句: 助动词+主语+动词原形+其他
肯定回答: Yes, 主语+do/does.
否定回答: No, 主语+don't/ doesn't.
例: —Do you live in China —Yes, I do. / No, I don't.
—Does he live in China —Yes, he does. / No, he doesn't.
④特殊疑问句: 特殊疑问词+一般疑问句式
