My Family Member’s Workday
One of my family members is a teacher, and her workday is always busy but fulfilling.
Morning (7:30 AM - 12:00 PM):
She wakes up early, prepares for school, and arrives before the students. She checks lesson plans, sets up the classroom, and greets her students as they come in. The morning is filled with teaching different subjects, answering questions, and guiding class activities.

Afternoon (12:00 PM - 3:00 PM):
After a short lunch break, she continues teaching, helps students with assignments, and sometimes attends staff meetings. She also corrects homework and prepares materials for the next day.
Evening (3:00 PM - 6:00 PM):
Once school ends, she stays to organize the classroom, meet with parents, or plan future lessons. At home, she often grades papers or thinks of new ways to make learning fun.
Even though her work is tiring, she loves seeing her students learn and grow. It makes her happy to be part of their education!

I first worked as a waitress. Every day, I greeted guests with a warm smile and led them to their tables. I also carried meals and drinks from the kitchen to their tables. The work was boring, and I had to work for long hours. Soon after, I found a new job at a bookstore. With shelves of books all around me, I really enjoyed my work. Before the bookstore opened or after it closed, I often took books from the shelves to read. I always shared my reading experiences with my customers and had interesting conversations with them. Last year, I became the new manager. Moving from the noisy restaurant to the quiet bookstore, and from a waitress to a manager, is not just a simple job change but a big change in my life.
