单元重点：1、学习有关建筑物的单词和词组：science museum, post office, bookstore, cinema, hospital，学习表达方位的短语turn left, turn right, go straight等；
2、学会用这些词汇描述身边的建筑物的位置，会指引方向，能就问路做出相应的回答；
3、能借助图片、音频、视频等资源完成相应练习；
4、学会讨论生活中哪种工具能帮助人们找到自己想去的地方，能借助图片等信息完成文章的阅读；
5、知道英语句子有升降调，并在教师帮助下找到一般规律，正确朗读句子。
本课时重点：1、能够听、说、读、写有关建筑物的单词和词组：science museum, post office, bookstore, cinema, hospital；
2. 能够正确使用上述单词和词组介绍场所的方位，理解一些简单的构词规律，如合成词bookstore是由两个词构成；
3. 能就地图进行简单的介召：Where is the ... It’s ....
教学过程
Warming-up
Let’s play a game: Where’s the ball 单击鼠标，小球会滚到相应的位置，点击正确的方位短语，完成对话。通过这个游戏激活学生已有的方位方面的知识。
以Amy的身份介绍她学校的位置继续为新课的学习做铺垫，导入新课，并提出问题：What can you see
Presentation
承接上面的介绍，进行问答操练，充分激活学生的已有知识，并提出问题：Where is the cinema
学生带着问题视听对话，学习表示建筑物的几个词汇。
Practice
Let’s play a game: 通过遮挡卡片的游戏来操练几个词汇。
继续通过小语段的操练，巩固所学知识。
跟读课文。

分别呈现图片情境，让学生进行对话训练。
