Indefinite pronouns / adverbs of place/time
Look at the pictures and read the sentences. Pay attention to the words in bold.
Activity 1
The painting on the wall is beautiful. Anybody can see this. But nobody knows anything about the painter.
Everyone should know the importance of the traditional buildings. No one should harm them.

Indefinite pronouns / adverbs of place/time
1. She has nothing new to read.
修饰词位于不定代(副)词的后面。
2. But nobody knows anything about the painter.
不定代词作主语时,谓语动词用单数形式。
3. No one should harm them.
no one在意思上等于nobody但其书写形式
与其他不同,需隔开。

感叹句并不难,
what与how放最前;
what来把名词连,
重心向这名词偏;
数量若为单,
形前加上a 或 an,
主语如出现,
代词来替换。
形副置于how后面,
重心在把状态看;
感叹对象需露脸,
主谓之中名词添,
且把 the 放其前。
两种结构间,
主谓省略也常见,
但看何为意义之重点。
