一、Warm-up
1.Enjoy a song《How much is that doggie in the window》
2.Free talk?：
T:Hello,boys and girls.
S:......
T: What’s in the window in this song?
S:......
T:Yes,a doggie.(此时教师ppt呈现歌中的图片)
二、Presentation
1.承接上一步教师继续问:What color is it?
S:It’s orange.
T:Yes. I Like the doggie. It’s nice. How do you like the doggie? 引导学生说出nice，多向几个学生提问。学生回答It’s nice. It’s cute. It’s pretty.顺势出示pretty单词卡片，教读。
T：I want to take it to my home. But do you know how much is it? Guess. ￥20？￥30？师生共同猜测。师可请学生猜一猜：How much is it? S1:...... S2:......T:Good guess!/Maybe. 此时师呈现PPT。师引导学生回答：It’s 18 yuan. It’s cheap. I want to take it! Will they take it ?继续出示PPT,师扮演Sarah’s mother: OK, we’ll take it. 铺垫We’ll take it.的含义。
T：Oh,Sarah is going to shopping with her mother!（出示服装店场景）教师提出第一个问题：Now, what does Sarah want to buy? 播放第一遍录音，听出要买什么。
Ss：A skirt.
T:Yeah! It’s very pretty.I like this skirt.How do you like this skirt? 问几名学生，引导他们回答It’s very pretty.板书教读。
T：I want to take it. Do you know how much is it?板书问题。教师播放第二遍录音，听出价格。
S:It’s ＄89.课件呈现＄89，并附上美元图片，帮助学生理解dollar的意思。T：Pay attention to the symbol “＄”，dollar。T：Do you know how much is 1 dollar in RMB？ Take a guess! Ss.......T出示PPT，Let’s see，＄1≈￥7.What about ＄89？出示PPT＄89≈￥623.（hundred范读）The skirt is 623 yuan! 和学生一起做出惊讶的表情，教师顺势说出 Oh，that’s expensive!出示expensive单词卡片，并指导学生朗读。T：It’s too expensive! Will they buy the skirt?然后教师播放第三遍录音：Read after it.之后教师重复问题Will they buy the skirt? 引导学生回答：No,it’s very pretty but it’s too expensive.
三、Practice and consolidation
模仿对话录音：教师逐句播放对话录音，学生跟读。提醒学生注意语音、语调。可以多种形式朗读：师生共读，分大组读等等。
表演对话：学生三人一组完成对话，然后展示表演。
3.Let’s act.
(1).出示PPT创设场景:
T: Now,Sarah is going shopping with John.What can you see in the shop?
Ss:shirt,sweater,pants....
教师询问价格，与一名学生师范对话，示例如下：
T：How much is the shirt?/ How much are the pants?
S: It’s 10 yuan./ They’re 16 yuan.
(2).T:Suppose it will be cold soon. You need some clothes. You have 50 yuan.Please choose three things.教师邀请一名学生师范如下：
T:Can I help you?
S:Yes. That scarf is pretty. How much is it?
T:It’s 10 yuan.
S:I’ll take it.
.......
T：That’s...yuan altogether.
(3)学生可分小组创编对话，然后师择几组进行展示表演。

反思
这一课属于本单元的难点，最后一部分表演要求学生综合能力较高，总体学生能理解和掌握课文的意思。但最后的表演部分还不够流畅。如果重新设计教案，我会在前面把表演部分出现的单词再帮学生们巩固下。有一些细节没有处理好，比如这节课出现一个新的货币符号，有些学生可能是第一次接触不同汇率的货币，这里可以多举一些例子，让学生们好好感知，并且同时可以复习下基数词，让后面的表演更流畅。总之，整节课的信息量还是比较大的，一节课的时间对于一些后进生远远不够，课前可利用早自修作一些铺垫，课后必须布置同学们再好好消化一下本节课的内容。
