Dear Anna,
I'm sorry to hear that you have a bad cold. You are often ill, so I want to give you some advice. First, you should see a doctor to find out what's wrong with you. Second, you should change your living habits. For example, you should get enough sleep and shouldn't study late into the night. You should take exercise every day. Third, it's important to eat healthily, so you shouldn't eat too much junk food. Please look after yourself. I hope you will get better soon.
Yours,
Zhang Li
