Step 1 Lead in of interestT: (Show some pictures) What’s the matter with them?Step 2 Show case 1.matter, sore, stomachache, foot, neck, throat, lie , fever, rest, passenger and so on.2.have a cold have a cough/ fever have a stomachache/headache/toothacheto one’s surprise, be used to doing , get off ,give up and so on.Step 3Independent research 1. Just now , we know the words about our bodies . But sometimes our body may get ill. How do we ask and answer about illness? Let’s watch a video. Follow it and do some actions. From the video. We know we can ask “what’s the matter with you?”and you can answer “I have a ...”. T: We also know some illnesses. Here are the new words about the illnesses. Let’s learn in group. A.Demonstrate :No 1 read the sentences one by one. The others follow him/ her. When you read ,please do some actions like me. Step 4 Results show 1. T: Now, you know some illnesses . Look at the picture .These students ger ill. Show the pictures one by one and ask. What are their names? Let’s do 1b. How do we do it? For example, we’ll hear Sarah has a cold, and No 1 has a cold , so write 1 behind Sarah. What about 2, 3, 4 and 5? When you hear the illnesses , write their numbers behind the names.2. Listen. 3.
