In Bejing, there’ll be clouds in the early morning, and
it will be between minus eight and minus two degrees.
Shanghai will be rainy and windy, and between five and eight degrees.

neither 也可作代词，意为“两者都不”，可单独使用，也可和介词 of 连用，后接复数名词或复数人称单词。
neither ... nor ...表示“既不……也不……”，连接两个主语时，谓语动词与离它最近的主语保持一致。　
Neither she nor I am a doctor. 她和我都不是医生。
7. Come on, better get going!
come on为口语中的常用语，可用
于鼓励别人做某事，意为“来吧；你行的”；也可用于催促别人做某事，意为“快点；加油”。
Come on. It’s not the end of the world.
振作起来。又不是世界末日。

快点，杰克。我们就要迟到了。

We’d better get going (= go now), or we’ll be late.
