背景知识:What is first aid?
First aid is a temporary form of help given to someone who suddenly falls ill or gets injured before a doctor can be found.
First aid is the emergency treatment for an injured or sick person before professional medical care.
Nowadays there are a lot of accidents in our daily life.
What would you do in such situations?
Hundreds of people died from car accidents every day!
Thousands of children drowned every year!
Accidents are everywhere, what can we do with it?

2. What’s wrong with …?
(1) 用于询问对方有什么问题或有什么不顺心的事,意为:怎么啦? 出什么事了? 如:
--- What’s wrong,Jim?吉姆,你怎么啦?
--- I left my umbrella on the bus. 我把雨伞忘在公共汽车上了。
--- What’s wrong?你怎么啦?
--- Oh,I’m just a bit worried about tomorrow. 噢,我只是对未来有点担心。
(2) 用于询问某东西出了什么毛病,意为:怎么啦?出什么毛病了? 如:

make sure “确保,保证”

Make sure you turn off all the lights before you go out.

5. That’s such good advice that you could be a doctor
such... that... “如此……以至于……”,such后面接名词,名词前可以有形容词修饰。如果只有形容词或副词,则要使用so...that...句型。
例:这个厨房很小,只能容下 一个人在里面做饭。
It is such a tiny kitchen that only one person can cook in it.
例: 他们人很好,我们都喜欢他们。
They are such nice people that we all like them.
他很虚弱,几乎站不起来。
He was so weak that he could hardly stand up.
一切发生得太快 了,我都没有时间思考。
Everything happened so quickly that I hadn’t time to think.
7. He is in pain.
in pain 的意思是“处在疼痛之中”。
e.g. Are you still in pain?
6. A boy is lying at the bottom of the stairs.
at the bottom of 表示“在…...的底部”。
e.g. A village lies at the bottom of the hill.
8. First of all, find out what’s wrong with him.
first of all 表示“首先”。
e.g. First of all, let me tell you the news.
find out 通常表示“弄明白,搞清楚,查明......”。
e.g. Did the teacher find out who broke the door?
9. Lift him up and sit him on a chair?
lift up 表示“抬起,提起”。要把代词放在中间。
e.g. We’ll have to lift up the car to get her out.
10. Make sure he’s warm.
make sure 的意思是“确保,保证”。
e.g. Make sure you turn off all the lights before you go out.
What’s wrong with …? 表示“…...怎么了?”
e.g. -- What’s wrong with the boy?
-- He broke his leg.
