学情分析：
八年级学生正处于感性向理性的转型期，求知欲和表现力参与意识很强，有一定的逻辑分析能力，同时也需要教师的积极引导，本文关于志愿者活动，与乡村学生的实际生活联系不够紧密，所以理解短文有一定的难度。
教学目标：
