应用文写作
告知信
1.写作指导
告知信是指一方告诉另一方某一信息的信件。常考的话题有告知上课计划、会议、招聘信息、电话留言内容、报名事宜、活动安排等。
高考真题中，告知信需要告知的内容均属于积极的信息。
告知信的语言要简单明了，在信中一般应告知写信的目的，然后再讲述其他事情。
2.写作典例
[2020·河北武邑中学高一]假定你是李华，学校安排你和英国高中生Joseph结对，
下周他将来中国访学，
周末安排住在你家。请你给他写封信，介绍你为他做的周末安排，要点如下：
1.介绍自己；
2.表示欢迎；
3.介绍活动。
注意：
1.词数100左右；
2.可以适当增加细节，以使行文连贯。
3.写作思路(一审、二定、三明确、四分段)
(1)一审：确定写作体裁和主题
体裁：应用文——告知信
主题：介绍周末安排
(2)二定：确定时态和人称(与体裁和主题息息相关)
时态：一般现在时，一般将来时
人称：第一人称和第二人称
(3)三明确
明确写作要点：1.介绍自己；2.表示欢迎；3.介绍活动。
(4)四分段(与写作要点息息相关)
结合写作要点，整体分为三个段落，其中第二段作为文章的主体部分，详细叙述。
