第一课时
Procedures Contents Methods Purpose
Pre-task Preparation 1. Group activity Line up! Attention. At ease. 2. Rhyme: Stop Red, red, red, The light is red. Stop, stop, stop, Don’t cross the road. 1. The leader of each group gives the commands. Others perform the actions. 2. Students read the rhyme in chorus and perform the actions. 1.培养小组长 发指令，让组内成员整队。 2．全班集体朗读儿歌，注意语音、语调和节奏，并做动作表演。
Task procedure Task 1： Revision What’s this This is a doll/car/jet yo-yo etc. Task2： Lead in Is this your… Yes, it is. It’s my … No, it’s not my… Task3： What’s this It’s an apple/orange/ egg Task 4： Is this a new … or an old… It’s an old… It’s a new… 1. Teacher asks a question, The students answer it with “This is a…” 2. Teacher shows the student’s stationary and asks: Is this your… Have the students answer the question. 3. Teacher shows the pictures and asks a question: What’s this The students answer it with “It’s an….” 4. Teacher shows something to the students and asks a question. The students look and answer. 1. 通过提问复习新单词。 2．培养学生根据实际情况来回答问题的能力。 3．用学过的单词，让学生在回答时正确使用不定冠词“an”的用法。 4．用选择疑问句进行提问，让学生正确熟练地使用“a or an” 。

Oral English This is… Is this… 1.Teacher invites one student and give the class a model dialogue. Students practise in groups and make a new dialogue. 2. Teacher shows the animal pictures and ask a question. Students look and answer the question. 2. Teacher asks the student Have you got… Has he got… Has she got… Students give the quick response. 1.复习学过的动物名词， 为学习课文做准备。 2．教师围绕学生的学习用品不断转换人称进行提问，培养学生快速思考，回答的能力。
Task procedure Task 1： Lead in Grand Theatre My Gift Task 2： Questios: 1. Who has got a New Year’s gift A.Sandy B.Norman 2. What’s his New Year’s gift A. A snake B. A pen 3. Do you like his gift YES./NO. Task 3： Reading practice 1. Play the cassette. Students listen to the text. 2. Teacher asks three questions about the text. The students choose the correct answer. 3. Students read after the tape in chorus. Encourage students work in pairs and then invite individuals to read the dialogue to the class. 1. 通过听录音，让学生理解课文内容。 2．教师提问，让学生根据听到的内容作出正确的选择，加深对课文理解与记忆。 3．加强英语朗读训练，培养语感。
Post-task Activities 1. Role play Grand Theatre: text 2. Topic: The things in your pencil-box 1. Practise in small groups and perform the dialogue. 2. Invite some students to tell your classmates the things in your pencil-bx. 1. 在小组中排练，并鼓励有创造性的表演。 2. 提供话题，培养学生说话能力。
