如何写求职信
求职信属于应用文的范畴,写作时,重点应放
在对自己各方面能力的描述上,要突出自己的优势
和特长,以增加自身的竞争力。
写求职信的原则应是严肃、认真的。具体应注意以下几点:
1.
简洁、明了。求职信要突出求职的主题,开场应直截了当。介绍个人情况时除年龄、学历、所学专业、工作经历及特长等必须说明以外,尽可能不要写与求职无关的事情。
2.
求实、自信。写求职信时应如实地介绍自己的情况,实话实说。不要夸夸其谈,过分渲染自己。
当然,故作谦卑也是不可取的,应充满自信。
3.
工整、美观。英语中有句谚语:“The
tailor
makes
the
man.
”(佛要金装,人要衣装。)因此,求职信的“外表”也很重要。一封书写工整、字迹美观的求职信无疑会给人留下美好的印象。
4.求职信属正式文体,在语言的运用上应尽可能避免使用口头语。
