这是有关Culture
time和Sound
time的课时，通过配对和判断句子正误的练习，以已学的内容为引入口，既帮助学生复习了相关的句型，也让他们联系生活实际做出正确判断，使教学为生活服务。以以上主要句子为依托，顺利引出保护环境的特殊日子，让学生对两个相似的节日在标识、具体日期等方面进行对比，并配以中文的详细来由，在此基础上，让学生了解其他一些和保护环境相关的节日，说明我们人类现在对环境的重视。
围绕环境保护，以图片为主导，呈现了Sound
time的四个含有字母组合oo的单词，并通过让学生造句，发挥想象，充分体现了主观意识和创作意识。在此基础上要求学生熟悉书上的句子，通过反复朗读，从停顿到升降调的指导，细化Sound
time部分的教学。朗读模仿增加适量时间。语音的教学需要联系之前所学，所以安排了分类活动，把含有字母组合oo的单词一一罗列进行归纳分类，使学生更好地了解oo在单词中的发音。
