The internet is the biggest source of information in the world, and it is accessible through a computer.
Careful Reading: read the first part and

In 1969, DARPA developed a way for all their computers to “talk” to each other
through the telephone----DARPANET.
In 1984, the US National Science Foundation (NSF) started the NSFNET---the Inter-Network, or “Internet”.
