一、教材简析
本册教材----New
Standard
English(供一年级起使用)第九册是供小学五年级上学期使用的。全书共分为11个模块(Module),内含一个复习模块。每个模块分两个单元(Unit).一般情况下,第一单元呈现本模块所要学习的语言内容,即语言呈现(language
presentation);第二单元提供若干任务型(Task-based)练习,包括一首歌谣或小诗,即语言扩展(language
development)和语言练习(language
practice)。本册教材,我们要跟着Lingling和Smart一家人去英国访问,了解英国的公园、商店、学校和节日等。同时,我们要比较系统地学习英语语句的重音,语句重音能提升英语语感,对英语学习有很大的帮助。
二.教学目标

正确使用过去式描述过去发生的事以及使用将来时描述将要发生的事。

这个chant是把课文中的重点短语进行提前预习,因为没有生词学生能够顺利说出。在说chant时边说边做动作。这个导入是一举三得,一得:热身;二得:预习单词和短语;三得:为课文学习后学生进行造句练习打下基础。

(介绍新语言项目)
导入:(出示一张过生日的图片)

并学习课文中的新单词stories。
出示课件图片,指图说句子He’s
telling
stories.
让学生点读单词,一个接一个读单词。
教师一边拿出一张请柬一边说:

拿出单词卡片说
invitation点读单词,一个接一个读单词,开火车读,整体读,学习这个词。
并练习句型:What’s
this?
It’s
an
invitation。Today
Lingling

an

dialogue.引出课文。
(这一环节通过猜图不仅增加趣味性,又提高了学生学习英语的兴趣,而且可以很顺利很自然的进入课文。)

学生回答后,引出tidy
up的学习。学生第一遍听读课文,是初步感知课文,所以问题的设置非常简单。回答的每一个问题前都加以笑脸和哭脸的表情,激发起学生回答问题的积极性,因为学生想知道下一问题的动画是什么?
2.让学生打开书,跟读一遍课文。

答问题并找出句型的共同点,让学生说出时态后出示一般将来时:表示将来某一时刻的动作或状态,或将来某一段时间内经常的动作或状态。
一般将来时的用法:be
going
to
+动词原形
(这四个问题是先跟读课文然后小组讨论,这个环节包含:跟读课文理解课文,小组讨论,找出课文重点语法,这几个环节层层递进,环环相扣,由易到难。学生很容易就能掌握本课的重难点。)
