B
The
first
time
I
went
to
France,
I
was
shocked
by
the
cultural
differences
in
daily
routines
and
manners.
Born
and
brought
up
in
Britain,
I
used
to
believe
that
we
share
the
same
cultural
manners
with
our
European
neighbour.
But
how
wrong
I
was!
The
most
challenging
difference
for
me
was
the
food
and
eating
time.
After
one
month
of
living
here,
I
still
got
strange
looks
as
I
ate
my
homemade
sandwiches
behind
a
computer
screen
while
the
other
colleagues
enjoyed
a
three-course
meal
in
the
canteen.
They
also
had
a
two-hour
"pause"
which
seemed
to
involve
every
employee
in
France.
What's
more,
having
evening
meals
at
6
pm
was
a
common
habit
for
people
from
the
north
of
England,
like
me.
Therefore,
an
evening
meal
at
9
pm
was
quite
challenging
for
my
stomach.
After
realising
the
fact
that
the
local
snacks
were
worth
the
wait,
however,
I
quickly
accustomed
to
this
more
relaxing
way
of
life,
which
was
hard
to
imagine
before
I
came
here.
Another
aspect
of
French
food
and
drink
culture
that
I
found
hard
to
adapt
to
at
first
is
the
cafe
culture.
I
am
getting
used
to
a
quick
espresso(浓咖啡
),
but
deep
down
I
have
to
admit
that
when
catching
up
with
an
old
friend,
nothing
suits
more
than
a
tall
latte(1#)and
a
slice
of
homemade
cake,
preferably
in
a
comfortable
English
tea
room
Finally,
there
go
greetings.
At
home
I
feel
comfortable
shaking
someone's
hand
on
the
first
meeting.
So
when
I
greeted
a
stranger
with
two
kisses
on
the
cheeks,
I
felt
slightly
out
of
my
comfort
zone.
I
do,though,
appreciate
this
part
of
the
French
culture.
Being
exposed
to
cultural
differences
is
a
unique
experience
which
makes
you
appreciate
your
roots
more
and
open
your
eyes
to
the
diversity
of
the
world.

In
2005,
Winston
Duncan
was
travelling
with
his
mother
in
Southern
Africa
when
he
saw
an
old
lady
and
a
young
boy
walking
down
a
road
together.
He
thought
of
his
own
grandmother
and
wondered
how
he
could
help
the
old
lady
and
others
in
Africa
who
have
to
walk
a
long
way.
Duncan,
who
lived
in
Washington
State,
was
10
at
the
time,
and
his
solution
was
to
give
them
bikes.
With
his
mum,
he
started
Wheels
to
Africa,
an
organization
that
for
the
past
15
years
has
taken
bicycles
donated
from
residents
of
the
Washington
area
and
shipped
them
across
the
world
to
people
in
need.
Most
of
the
8,000
bikes
they
have
collected
have
gone
to
countries
in
Africa,
helping
cut
down
hours
of
walking
for
students
and
other
postmen.
But
last
week,
Duncan,
travelled
with
a
handful
of
volunteers
and
400
bikes
to
a
destination
much
closer
to
his
home
yet
still
in
need:
Puerto
Rico.
More
than
a
year
after
it
was
destroyed
by
Hurricane
Maria,
the
island
suffers
from
transportation
problems.
"It
was
a
little
chaotic(混乱的)—as
soon
as
they
got
their
bikes,
they
were
just
having
fun
riding
around
the
parking
lot,
"
said
Austin
Higgins,
a
New
Jersey
resident
who
recently
joined
Wheels
to
Africa
as
its
photographer
and
videographer.
"Some
people
who
received
bicycles
were
almost
speechless,
and
some
of
them
cried,
because
it
was
something
they
had
requested
for
Christmas
from
Santa
Claus,
"
he
said.
The
donated
bikes
included
some
high-end
racing
models,
which
went
to
teenagers
interested
in
pursuing
serious
cycling.
Duncan
recently
graduated
from
Bard
College.
He
now
is
in
Arlington
working
at
a
political
consulting
firm
and
encourages
kids
in
the
Washington
area
to
get
involved
with
the
organization,
and
some
have
joined
him
on
trips
to
Africa
and
on
this
trip
to
Puerto
Rico.
"
I
wanted
to
try
to
get
people
to
think
about
giving
back,
"
he
said.

When
athletes
at
the
2020
Tokyo
Olympics
collect
their
medals,
they'll
not
only
be
wearing
something
that
celebrates
their
sporting
performance,
but
something
that
symbolizes
lastingness.
For
both
the
2020
Olympics
and
Paralympics(残奥会),
organizers
aim
to
make
all
of
the
gold,
silver,
and
bronze
medals(奖牌)out
of
used
electronics.
This
strong
message
about
how
to
make
use
of
e-waste
has
gotten
a
lot
of
Japan
involved.
Starting
in
April
2017,
the
Japanese
Olympic
Committee
began
collecting
old
laptops.
digital
cameras,
smartphones,
and
other
abandoned
electronics.
The
initiative(倡议)has
achieved
great
success.
Already,
the
quantity
needed
for
bronze
medals
has
been
met,
and
they're
in
the
homestretch
for
silver
and
gold
medals,
meaning
the
collection
process
can
pack
up
at
the
end
of
March.
When
looking
just
at
the
number
of
cell
phones
collected,
the
amount
of
waste
is
shocking.
In
a
period
of
about
18
months,
a
little
over
5
million
smartphones
were
collected
thanks
to
cooperation
with
NTT
DOCOMO.
Japan's
largest
mobile
phone
operator
allowed
the
public
to
turn
in
phones
at
their
shops,
which
counted
a
lot
in
the
project's
success.
After
being
taken
apart
and
sorted,
the
small
electronics
underwent
a
smelting
process
to
extract(提炼)all
the
gold,
silver,
and
bronze
elements.
Thanks
to
this
initiative,
the
worldwide
struggle
with
e-waste
will
have
a
global
platform.
According
to
a
study
published
by
the
United
Nations
University—44.7
million
metric
tons
of
e-waste
were
made
in
2016.
Only
20%
of
that
was
actually
recycled.
Unfortunately,
this
figure
is
set
to
rise
significantly
in
the
coming
years,
moving
to
52.2
million
metric
tons
by
2021.
So
while
the
Tokyo
Olympics
initiative
might
be
just
a
drop
in
the
bucket,
it's
a
good
start
in
showing
what
the
public
can
do
if
they're
made
more
aware
of
the
issue.
12.
What
can
be
learnt
about
Tokyo
Olympics
initiative
from
the
passage?
A.
E-waste
in
the
world
is
increasing
significantly.
B.
It
is
easy
to
get
elements
needed
from
the
used
electronics.
C.
Only
producers
of
electronics
participated
in
the
project.
D.
NTT
DOCOMO
contributed
to
the
success
of
the
project.

The
first
time
I
went
to
France,
I
was
shocked
by
the
cultural
differences
in
daily
routines
and
manners.
Born
and
brought
up
in
Britain,
I
used
to
believe
that
we
share
the
same
cultural
manners
with
our
European
neighbour.
But
how
wrong
I
was!
The
most
challenging
difference
for
me
was
the
food
and
eating
time.
After
one
month
of
living
here,
I
still
got
strange
looks
as
I
ate
my
homemade
sandwiches
behind
a
computer
screen
while
the
other
colleagues
enjoyed
a
three-course
meal
in
the
canteen.
They
also
had
a
two-hour
"pause"
which
seemed
to
involve
every
employee
in
France.
What's
more,
having
evening
meals
at
6
pm
was
a
common
habit
for
people
from
the
north
of
England,
like
me.
Therefore,
an
evening
meal
at
9
pm
was
quite
challenging
for
my
stomach.
After
realising
the
fact
that
the
local
snacks
were
worth
the
wait,
however,
I
quickly
accustomed
to
this
more
relaxing
way
of
life,
which
was
hard
to
imagine
before
I
came
here.
Another
aspect
of
French
food
and
drink
culture
that
I
found
hard
to
adapt
to
at
first
is
the
cafe
culture.
I
am
getting
used
to
a
quick
espresso(浓咖啡
),
but
deep
down
I
have
to
admit
that
when
catching
up
with
an
old
friend,
nothing
suits
more
than
a
tall
latte(1#)and
a
slice
of
homemade
cake,
preferably
in
a
comfortable
English
tea
room
Finally,
there
go
greetings.
At
home
I
feel
comfortable
shaking
someone's
hand
on
the
first
meeting.
So
when
I
greeted
a
stranger
with
two
kisses
on
the
cheeks,
I
felt
slightly
out
of
my
comfort
zone.
I
do,though,
appreciate
this
part
of
the
French
culture.
Being
exposed
to
cultural
differences
is
a
unique
experience
which
makes
you
appreciate
your
roots
more
and
open
your
eyes
to
the
diversity
of
the
world.
5.
What
do
we

about

A.
French

a
quick
lunch
at
work.
B.
French
people
have
a
three-course
meal
in
the
evening.
C.
French
people
usually
eat
evening
meals
at
6
pm.
D.
An
evening
meal
at
9
pm
is
quite
common
in
France.

In
2005,
Winston
Duncan
was
travelling
with
his
mother
in
Southern
Africa
when
he
saw
an
old
lady
and
a
young
boy
walking
down
a
road
together.
He
thought
of
his
own
grandmother
and
wondered
how
he
could
help
the
old
lady
and
others
in
Africa
who
have
to
walk
a
long
way.
Duncan,
who
lived
in
Washington
State,
was
10
at
the
time,
and
his
solution
was
to
give
them
bikes.
With
his
mum,
he
started
Wheels
to
Africa,
an
organization
that
for
the
past
15
years
has
taken
bicycles
donated
from
residents
of
the
Washington
area
and
shipped
them
across
the
world
to
people
in
need.
Most
of
the
8,000
bikes
they
have
collected
have
gone
to
countries
in
Africa,
helping
cut
down
hours
of
walking
for
students
and
other
postmen.
But
last
week,
Duncan,
travelled
with
a
handful
of
volunteers
and
400
bikes
to
a
destination
much
closer
to
his
home
yet
still
in
need:
Puerto
Rico.
More
than
a
year
after
it
was
destroyed
by
Hurricane
Maria,
the
island
suffers
from
transportation
problems.
"It
was
a
little
chaotic(混乱的)—as
soon
as
they
got
their
bikes,
they
were
just
having
fun
riding
around
the
parking
lot,
"
said
Austin
Higgins,
a
New
Jersey
resident
who
recently
joined
Wheels
to
Africa
as
its
photographer
and
videographer.
"Some
people
who
received
bicycles
were
almost
speechless,
and
some
of
them
cried,
because
it
was
something
they
had
requested
for
Christmas
from
Santa
Claus,
"
he
said.
The
donated
bikes
included
some
high-end
racing
models,
which
went
to
teenagers
interested
in
pursuing
serious
cycling.
Duncan
recently
graduated
from
Bard
College.
He
now
is
in
Arlington
working
at
a
political
consulting
firm
and
encourages
kids
in
the
Washington
area
to
get
involved
with
the
organization,
and
some
have
joined
him
on
trips
to
Africa
and
on
this
trip
to
Puerto
Rico.
"
I
wanted
to
try
to
get
people
to
think
about
giving
back,
"
he
said.

to

so.
9.

has
been
managed
for
fifteen
years.
B.
It

members
now.

from
Austin
Higgin's
words
in
Paragraph

When
athletes
at
the
2020
Tokyo
Olympics
collect
their
medals,
they'll
not
only
be
wearing
something
that
celebrates
their
sporting
performance,
but
something
that
symbolizes
lastingness.
For
both
the
2020
Olympics
and
Paralympics(残奥会),
organizers
aim
to
make
all
of
the
gold,
silver,
and
bronze
medals(奖牌)out
of
used
electronics.
This
strong
message
about
how
to
make
use
of
e-waste
has
gotten
a
lot
of
Japan
involved.
Starting
in
April
2017,
the
Japanese
Olympic
Committee
began
collecting
old
laptops.
digital
cameras,
smartphones,
and
other
abandoned
electronics.
The
initiative(倡议)has
achieved
great
success.
Already,
the
quantity
needed
for
bronze
medals
has
been
met,
and
they're
in
the
homestretch
for
silver
and
gold
medals,
meaning
the
collection
process
can
pack
up
at
the
end
of
March.
When
looking
just
at
the
number
of
cell
phones
collected,
the
amount
of
waste
is
shocking.
In
a
period
of
about
18
months,
a
little
over
5
million
smartphones
were
collected
thanks
to
cooperation
with
NTT
DOCOMO.
Japan's
largest
mobile
phone
operator
allowed
the
public
to
turn
in
phones
at
their
shops,
which
counted
a
lot
in
the
project's
success.
After
being
taken
apart
and
sorted,
the
small
electronics
underwent
a
smelting
process
to
extract(提炼)all
the
gold,
silver,
and
bronze
elements.
Thanks
to
this
initiative,
the
worldwide
struggle
with
e-waste
will
have
a
global
platform.
According
to
a
study
published
by
the
United
Nations
University—44.7
million
metric
tons
of
e-waste
were
made
in
2016.
Only
20%
of
that
was
actually
recycled.
Unfortunately,
this
figure
is
set
to
rise
significantly
in
the
coming
years,
moving
to
52.2
million
metric
tons
by
2021.
So
while
the
Tokyo
Olympics
initiative
might
be
just
a
drop
in
the
bucket,
it's
a
good
start
in
showing
what
the
public
can
do
if
they're
made
more
aware
of
the
issue.
12.
What
can
be
learnt
about
Tokyo
Olympics
initiative
from
the
passage?
A.
E-waste
in
the
world
is
increasing
significantly.
B.
It
is
easy
to
get
elements
needed
from
the
used
electronics.
C.
Only
producers
of
electronics
participated
in
the
project.
D.
NTT
DOCOMO
contributed
to
the
success
of
the
project.

Nor
did
they

time

No
wonder
they

in
class.
Besides,
some
classmates
seldom

Certainly,

In
my
opinion,
having
enough

a
proper

are
extremely
important.
We
must
learn
to
make
wisely
use
of
our
time.
Only
in

way
can
we

well.

第二节书面表达
52.
假定你是李华,你的外国朋友Eric在学习汉语过程中对自己的英语式汉语(Englinese)深感困惑,给你写信请教如何学习地道的汉语,请给他写一封回信。
内容包括:
1.
感谢信任。
2.
分析英语式汉语产生的原因并提出具体建议。
3.
乐于提供帮助,表达祝愿。
注意:1.
字数100字左右。
2.
书信开头结尾已给出。
Dear

I'm
so

to

about

答案:Dear
Eric,
I’m
so
sorry
to
hear
about
your
puzzle
about
Englinese
in
your
Chinese
learning.
Thank
you
for
your
trust.
It’s
never
easy
to
master
Chinese.
Even
native
Chinese
speakers
may
find
it
hard
to
learn
them
well,
so
you
don’t
have
to
feel
upset.
You
often
speak
Englinese,
because
you
don’t
pay
attention
to
the
history,
culture
and
customs
of
Chinese
and
English.
So
you
should
make
full
use
of
your
spare
time
to
practise
more.
It’s
widely
believed
that
practice
makes
perfect.
I
would
like
to
help
you
when
you
have
problems.
I
am
sure
that
you
will
make
progress.
Yours,
Li
Hua
