播放动画片《冰雪奇缘》中关于小雪人“雪宝”的一小段视频，为学生介绍一位新朋友，今天的主角“Snowman”。并带着学生大声地和“Snowman”打招呼。

情景创设：新朋友Snowman有个愿望，他想要一个朋友，请同学们一起帮助他堆个雪人，实现他的愿望。

由卡通人物Snowman指导如何堆雪人：
(1)出示第一张教学挂图，让学生观察并由Snowman说出：

学生看图理解，并反复跟读。
出示单词“body”的图片，跟着录音拼读。
(2)出示第二张教学挂图，让学生观察并由Snowman说出：
—Then

small
snowball
for

head.
学生看图理解，并反复跟读。
出示单词“head”的图片，跟着录音拼读。
(3)出示两个雪球的图片：
Snowman：Oh，we
make
two
snowballs.Great!
随即出示Snowman犯愁的表情，T：What's
wrong?
Snowman：I'm

snowball
on

snowball?
反复播放Snowman求助的音频，引导学生说出：I

教师与学生互相操练，并引导学生之间互相操练。
(4)出示5－7的教学挂图，由Snowman按顺序说出课文语句：

his
ears.
学生根据图片理解并反复跟读。
根据语句适时出示face，nose，eye，mouth和ear的图片，跟着录音拼读。
(5)出示最后一张教学挂图，由Snowman说出：

学生根据图片理解并反复跟读．
适时呈现arm，leg的图片，跟着录音拼读。出示foot和feet的图片，提示feet是foot的复数形式。
(6)出示一个完整的雪人的图片，由Snowman高兴地说出：

让学生根据图片的表情和语气理解语句，并理解think和wonderful的意思。反复跟读。
(7)听录音，模仿朗读，理解Part
1的内容。(通过听录音，完成究学习中第1题。完成后核对答案。)
