street

homeless

shelter

sleeping

started
brainstorming
different
ways
she
could
possibly

to

at
local
inns
and
hotels
that

could
get
to
help
those
stuck

street.

Payne,her
mission
was
personal.According
to
Payne,her
husband,Carlos
Callahan,

lived
on
the
streets
at
one
point
in
his
life.Based
on
his
experiences,Payne
knew
that
the
homeless
people
still
out
on

street
desperately
needed
help
and
that
if
she
didn’t
step
up
to
help,no
one
likely
would.

Payne
explained
what
she
was

do,many

local
hotels
refused
to
allow
her
to
pay
for
the
rooms
as
they
didn’t
want
homeless
people

stay
in

selfless

BDS
satellite

kind

propellants
for
the
movement

orbit,said
deputy
chief
designer
Liu
Tianxiong.“The
reason
why
we
launched

one
in
the
final
stage
is
to
round
out
the
navigation

radio-navigation,radio-determination
and
enhanced
timing

last
satellite,after
joining
BDS-3
family,will

constellation

the
DFH-3B
satellite
platform,one
of

largest
platforms

service

China,the
spacecraft
is
designed
to
work

orbit
for
at
least
12

26
years
after

generation
