评课记录：
综合各位观课老师和陈主任的评课情况说说他们对这节课的一些建议：
1. 英语语音语调方面需重点提高，不能出现原则性的错误。
2. Chinese 首字母应大写。
3. 熟悉课文内容时，设计的问题较多不利于学生掌握，应控制在2个。简单的题目可以让学生读。
4. 激励方式和语言应多样化，不能单一。复述课文主要内容时，需要填的单词后可附加图片，可以降低难度。
5. 小组划分可根据本课主要内容划分“ tall \ strong \ friendly\thin …”等小组，做到前后呼应，更加体现了本课的主要内容
6. 感情升华方面，后面的两张幻灯片可以整合成一张。配乐应该轻柔一点。
7. 小结方面可以让学生说一说，说的不完整也可以，只是看看学生的掌握情况，最后是要总结出来的。
8. 小组合作编对话不要局限于课本，可以改变形式让学生说说自己身边的朋友。

10. 设计思路清晰。教学反思：
今天我执教的是pep四年级上册unit3 第一课时，整体感觉还可以，在我的引领下，学生基本完成了教学任务。本班人数较少，又实行了小组合作的学习方式，配合比较默契，能够顺利完成任务。但由于学生基础较差，回答问题的学生好像就是那一些同学，其余的学生还有待提高。讲课之后我感觉自身存在的问题表现在一下几个方面：
1. 我的英语口语表达不够好，课堂组织用语不恰当。
2. 热身环节之后，讲解“What’s his/her name His /Her name is …” “friendly \strong ”环节所用时间较长，以致耽误了后面的教学。
3. 口误方面，he she 不分。
4. 课堂掌控能力需提高，这样的机会不多，紧张。
5. 对教学设计不很熟悉，忘了一些串联语。(共19张PPT)
