Points
1.辨析celebrate与congratulate
（1）celebrate主要用于庆祝仪式、胜利、典礼等。其名词形式为celebration
庆祝活动.
（2）congratulate常用于庆祝或祝贺某人某事，常用短语：congratulate
sb.
on
sth.。
2.辨析
watch，see，look与read
（1）watch　及物动词，观看，注视　指全神贯注地看。看电视、看戏剧、看比赛、看实验以及看各种表演等一般用watch。
（2）see　及物动词，看见，看到　强调看到的结果。
（3）look　不及物动词，看　后要跟介词at才能接宾语，强调看的动作。
（4）read　及物动词，读　直接接宾语，看书，看报等一般用read。
巧记口诀：强调动作用look，若接宾语加at。强调结果要用see，读书看报多用read。
电视、戏剧和比赛，各种表演用watch。

3.辨析
however,
but
however放在句首或句中,后面用“,”与其他句子成分隔开;however用的场合比较正式,多用于书面语,而but常用于口语,语气比however强些,一般位于所引出的分句之前。We
