经历；体验　（1）experience作及物动词，其后可跟名词、动名词、代词作宾语。（2）experience作“经验”讲时，是不可数名词；作“(一次)经历”讲时，是可数名词。[练一练]:Everyone

高度；身高
例：We

building.我们不知道那座建筑物的高度。height的形容词为high，意为“高的”，可作表语和定语。例：There

3.辨析high与tall
不同点：(1)指人、动物或树木的高度时，用tall而不用high；(2)当指一个不与地面接触的人或物离地面的高度时要用high，而不用tall；例：The
cat

up

tree.那只猫高高地趴在树上。(3)tall的反义词是short,
high的反义词是low；例：a
short
man
(short不能用low替换)　一个矮个子男人　a
low
building
(low不能用short替换)一座矮楼　(4)high可作副词，而tall则不能作副词。
相同点：指建筑物的高度时用tall和high均可，可说a
tall/high
building。
(注：但指一个非常庞大的建筑物时要用high，因为high在程度上要大于tall。)
4.辨析high与highly
high指具体的高度。例：The

highly指抽象的高度。例：My
teacher
thinks
highly

me.
我的老师对我高度评价。
5.stop
