一、教材内容分析
本课时是人教版PEP小学英语五年级上册第二单元第二课时，词汇教学，涉及Let’s
learn和Let’s
do两个环节。
Let’s
learn部分提供了要学习的4个颜色单词，教学目标是学生能听、辨认这四种颜色。教材里4个颜色单词是放在彩虹中呈现的，用I
see
…?这个句型引出。由于生活中这些颜色随处可见，教师在利用彩虹情境教授这4个单词后，不应局限于单一情境，可引导学生发现生活中更多的颜色，加强感受。
Let’s
do此活动主要用来帮助学生巩固操练颜色单词，通过TPR活动使学生动起来，在手、脑、眼的配合中，锻炼各个部位的反应速度。
二、学生情况分析
本单元的教学对象是三年级的学生，年龄处在九、十岁左右，这个年龄段的儿童观察能力明显提高，自制性品质发展趋于平稳，是理解能力、有意识记发展的关键时期，思维能力处于从具体形象思维向逻辑思维过渡时期，注意力可以连续集中20分钟左右，具有爱玩、好动、好表现、求知欲望强、模仿表演能力强等特点，对英语学习有着浓厚的兴趣。
三年级的学生刚刚接触英语，在第一单元中，已经学习了人物介绍的句子、文具名称的词汇、句型I

三、教学目标
1．能够听、说、认读以下单词：red,
green,
yellow,
blue并能用英语描述颜色。
2．能够听懂所接触的指示语，并能按照指令做出相应的动作。

单词拼写活动，学生根据颜色和部分字母，将单词补充完成。如果学生觉得有难度，可以听音填补。视情况而定。
