教材分析 外研版高中英语必修一Modoule5 A Lesson in a Lab,本模块以科技、实验的话题为中心,引出了许多相关的词汇,词汇量较大,教学时会有一定的难度。阅读部分Passage A简单介绍了金属的氧化反应并列出了显示部分金属活动性能的表格, 而Passage B介绍了一个与铁有关的简单的实验报告。教材的各个环节的设计为学生提供探究式、发现式、任务型等多种学习方式,培养学生综合运用语言的能力。本模块的主要任务是让学生能够完成一篇简单的书面实验报告。

课后教学反 思 1、课堂教学时间没有掌握好,没有预料到学生在寻读过程中和填写实验报告时遇到的困难,造成后面结尾有点仓促,讨论部分没有时间。2、由于上课时紧张,急于完成教学任务,板书写得较少。3、填写实验报告前的学生小组讨论活动不够充分。4、整体设计比较合理,但在实际操作过程中,没有调动起学生参与课堂的积极性。

邛崃市2011高一英语新课改研讨课说课稿

本节课的内容是高一英语必修一Module 5 A Lesson in a Lab的阅读和写作课,主要任务通过阅读2篇与科学实验相关的文章,让学生掌握一些与科学实验相关的词汇,并让学生完成一篇简单的科学实验报告。
首先,在导入部分,我将播放一段关于如何制作“热冰”的视频,通过这段有趣的视频激发学生对化学实验的兴趣,同时学习一些与做实验有关的词汇。然后通过呈现相关图片让学生熟悉各种金属的名称,为接下来的阅读做好准备。
在阅读部分,我分别设计了一些选择题、问答题、填空和填表格等练习题,目的在于训练学生的略读、寻读和猜测生词的能力。在阅读第二篇文章的时候,让学生了解写实验报告的基本结构和常用表达,为写作作好铺垫。
接下来,在写作部分,先让学生观看一个简单的化学实验的视频。该视频是关于碱金属钠与水的反应。然后先让学生分组进行讨论,根据屏幕上提供的useful expressions完成实验报告
的写作。最后让个别学生用实物投影仪把报告出现给全班同学并讨论其中的内容,修改不当之处。
在本节课结尾部分我将和学生讨论做实验的注意事项并总结本节课所学的内容,然后布置作业。这就是我这一节课的设计思路。谢谢大家!
