The
goal
of
writing
a
resume
is
to
show
employers
you
are
well
fit
for
the
job
Adding
information
like
your
skills
can
help
convey
why
the
employer
should
advance
you
in
the
hiring
process.
Another
section
you
might
consider
is
to
add
voluntary
work.
Reasons
for
listing
voluntary
work

To
provide
information
on
changeable
skills
when
shifting
careers
or
industries★
To
give
background
when
there
are
gaps
in
your
resume
due
to
leaving
the
workforce
for
an
extended
period
of
time★
To
add
to
a
resume
with
limited
professional
experience
(important
to
recent
college
or
high
school
graduates)
How
to
list
voluntary
work
on
your
resume

If
you
have
professional
experience,
you
should
include
only
three
to
five
most
recent
and
relevant
jobs.
If
not,
consider
adding
volunteer
positions
to
your
professional
background
section.
List
relevant
volunteer
experiences
under
your
professional
history
section.★
If
you
gained
or
improved
important
skills
through
voluntary
work,
include
these
skills
and
developments
in
the
voluntary
work
description.
Pay
attention
to
any
skills
that
may
also
be
important
to
your
potential
employers.★
If
you
have
volunteer
experiences
that
are
unrelated
to
your
industry,
you
might
consider
including
a
brief
voluntary
work
section
at
the
bottom
of
your
resume
if
you
feel
it
will
set
you
apart
from
other
candidates.
You
can
format
this
section
the
same
as
your
professional
work
experience
section
or
write
a
shortened
version
that
takes
up
less
space.

The
British
royal
family
live
their
lives
in
the
public
eye,
but
there’s
one
thing
that
not
many
people
know:
their
last
name.
That’s
simply
because
they
don’t
need
a
last
name.
They’re
so
famous
that
they
can
be
easily
picked
out
without
one.
But
when
members
of
the
royal
family
need
to
use
a
last
name—when
they’re
in
school
or
in
the
military,
for
example—they
actually
have
a
few
choices.
Here’s
a
list
of
all
their
choices—and
how
it
got
to
be
this
way
in
the
first
place.
Before
1917,
royals
didn’t
use
last
names
at
all.
Back
then,
royals
had
only
their
first
names
and
the
name
of
the
house
or
dynasty
they
were
part
of.
You’ve
probably
heard
of
some
of
these
dynasty
names,
like
the
House
of
Tudor
and
the
House
of
York.
In
1917,
when
King
George
V
had
been
in
power
for
seven
years,
he
decided
to
change
the
house
name
to
Windsor.
But
he
wasn’t
just
changing
the
dynasty
name.
George
V
also
specified
that
Windsor
was
to
become
the
royal
family’s
official
surname,
too.
Today,
the
royal
family
is
still
known
as
the
House
of
Windsor,
and
in
a
general
sense,
Windsor
is
still
the
royals’
last
name.
When
Queen
Elizabeth
II
came
to
power,
she
made
a
small
change.
In1947,Princess
Elizabeth
married
Philip
Mountbatten.
Just
a
few
years
later,
after
her
father
died,
Elizabeth
became
Queen
Elizabeth
II.
Mount
batten
became
Prince
Philip,
Duke
of
Edinburgh.
In
1960,
Elizabeth
and
Philip
decided
that
they
wanted
to
make
their
branch
of
the
royal
family
tree
different
from
the
others.
They
specified
that
their
children
would
use
the
last
name
Mountbatten-Windsor.
But
royals
don’t
always
use
the
Mount
batten-Windsor
name.
Some
members
have
used
the
name
of
their
family’s
territory
instead.
For
example,
when
Prince
William
and
Prince
Harry
served
in
the
army
,they
went
by
William
Wales
and
Harry
Wales—because
their
father
is
the
Prince
of
Wales.
And
Princesses
Eugenie
and
Beatrice
have
gone
by
EugenieYork
and
Beatrice
York,
since
their
father,
Prince
Andrew,
is
the
Duke
of
York.
4.
Who
made
Windsor
the
royals’last
name?
A.
Philip
Mountbatten.
B.
Queen
Elizabeth
II.
C.
King
George
V.
D.
Prince
William.
5.
What
was
the
change
made
by
Queen
Elizabeth
II?
A.
Her
children
can’t
use
their
last
names.
B.
Her
children
can
change
their
surnames.
C.
Her
children
should
use
a
certain
surname.
D.
Her
children
should
have
more
popular
names.
6.
What
can
we
learn
from
the
last
paragraph?
A
The
royal
members
must
serve
in
the
army.
B.
The
royals’
children
admire
their
father
more.
C.
The
royal
family
like
to
live
in
a
certain
territory.
D.
The
royal
family
have
their
surnames
after
their
territory
sometimes.
7.

In
the
nearly
two
centuries
since
German
physician
Carl
Wunderlich
established
98.6℉
as
the
standard“normal”
body
temperature,
it
has
been
used
by
parents
and
doctors
alike
as
the
measure
by
which
fevers
and
often
the
severity
of
illness
have
been
assessed.
In
more
recent
years,
however,
lower
body
temperatures
have
been
widely
reported
in
healthy
adults.
A
2019study
showed
that
the
normal
body
temperature
in
Americans
is
about
97.5℉.
A
multinational
team
led
by
Michael
Gurven
and
Thomas
Kraft
have
found
a
similar
decrease
among
the
Tsimane,
a
native
population
in
the
Bolivian
Amazon.
A
key
question,
then,
is
why
body
temperatures
have
declined
over
time
both
for
Americans
and
Tsimane.
Extensive
data
available
from
the
team’s
long-term
research
in
Bolivia
addresses
some
possibilities.
Declines
might
be
due
to
the
rise
of
modern
healthcare
and
lower
rates
of
lingering
mild
infections
now
as
compared
to
the
past.
But
while
health
has
generally
improved
over
the
past
two
decades,
infections
are
still
widespread
in
rural
Bolivia.
Therefore
the
results
suggest
that
reduced
infection
alone
can’t
explain
the
observed
body
temperature
declines.
It
could
be
that
people
are
in
better
condition,
so
their
bodies
might
be
working
less
to
fight
infection.
Or
greater
access
to
antibiotics(抗生素)
and
other
treatments
means
the
duration
of
infection
is
shorter
now
than
in
the
past.
Another
possibility
is
that
our
bodies
don’t
have
to
work
as
hard
to
regulate(调节)
internal
temperature
because
of
air
conditioning
in
the
summer
and
heating
in
the
winter.
While
Tsimane
body
temperatures
do
change
with
time
of
year
and
weather
patterns,
the
Tsimane
still
do
not
use
any
advanced
technology
for
helping
to
regulate
their
body
temperature.
They
do,
however,
have
more
access
to
clothes
and
blankets.
The
researchers
were
initially
surprised
to
find
no
single
“magic
bullet”
that
could
explain
the
decline
in
body
temperature.
It’s
likely
a
combination
of
factors—all
pointing
to
improved
conditions.
8.
What
role
has
98.6℉
been
playing?
A.
It
can
show
an
illness
is
incurable.
B.
It
can
help
doctors
determine
a
fever.
C.
It
can
arouse
people’s
attention
to
health.
D.
It
can
indicate
an
abnormal
body
temperature.
9.
Why
rural
Bolivia
is
mentioned
in
the
text?
A.
To
arouse
readers’
sympathy.
B.
To
imply
other
existing
factors.
C.
To
call
for
improved
medical
access.
D.
To
discuss
methods
to
reduce
infections.
10.
What
contributes
to
the
decline
in
body
temperature?
A.
The
growing
adaptability.
B.
The
international
policies.
C.
The
improved
conditions.
D.
The
worsening
environment.
11.
What’s
the
main
idea
of
the
passage?
A.
Modern
life
improves
the
general
health.
B.
Living
conditions
greatly
affect
mankind.
C.
The
normal
body
temperature
is
declining.
D.
Various
factors
influence
the
body
temperature.
D
The
idea
of
low
material
desire,
low
consumption
and
refusing
to
work,
marry
and
have
children,
concluded
as
a
“lying
down”
lifestyle,
recently
struck
a
chord
with
many
young
Chinese
who
are
eager
to
take
pause
to
breathe
in
this
fast-paced
and
highly-competitive
society.
Many
millennials
(千禧一代)
and
generation
Zs
complained
to
the
Global
Times
that
burdens,
including
work
stress,
family
disputes
(纷争)
and
financial
strains,
have
pushed
them
“against
the
wall”.
They
said
they
hate
the
“involution
(内卷),”
joking
that
they
would
rather
give
up
some
of
what
they
have
than
get
trapped
in
an
endless
competition
against
peers.
“Instead
of
always
following
the
‘virtues’
of
struggle,
endure
and
sacrifice
to
bear
the
stresses,
they
prefer
a
temporary
lying
down
as
catharsis
(宣泄)
and
adjustment,”
said
a
scholar.
“It
is
no
wonder
that
some
young
people,
under
the
growing
pressures
from
child-raising
to
paying
the
mortgage
(按揭)
today,
would
try
to
live
in
a
simple
way
and
leave
the
worries
behind.”
Interestingly,
the
majority
of
millennials
and
Gen
Zs
reached
by
the
Global
Times,
who
claim
to
be
big
fans
of
the
lying
down
philosophy,
acknowledged
that
they
only
accept
a
temporary
lying
down
as
a
short
rest.
It
is
true
that
with
the
great
improvement
of
living
conditions,
some
Chinese
youth
have
partially
lost
the
spirit
of
hardship
and
are
not
willing
to
bear
too
much
hard
work.
But
in
fact,
lying
down
is
not
entirely
comfortable.
Young
people
who
lie
down
always
feel
guilty
about
their
constant
loss
of
morale
(士气)
far
beyond
their
reach.
“Young
people
on
campus
have
both
aspirations
and
confusion
about
their
future,
but
most
of
us
have
rejected
setting
ourselves
up
in
chains
to
waste
opportunities
and
challenges,”
a
postgraduate
student
told
the
Global
Times.
“It’s
no
use
running
away.
I
have
to
‘stand
up’
and
face
the
reality
sooner
or
later.”

13.
What
might
have
caused
the
“lying
down”
lifestyle
among
the
young?

Growing
pressure
from
family
and
social
life.

material
possessions
from

adjustment
to
failure
in
competitions.

the
scholar’s
attitude
toward
the
“lying
down”
group?
A.
Understanding.
B.
Intolerant.

Unclear.
15.

can

about
the
young
generation
from
the
text?

never
really
drop
their
responsibilities.

They
really
enjoy
the
“lying
down”

B
The
British
royal
family
live
their
lives
in
the
public
eye,
but
there’s
one
thing
that
not
many
people
know:
their
last
name.
That’s
simply
because
they
don’t
need
a
last
name.
They’re
so
famous
that
they
can
be
easily
picked
out
without
one.
But
when
members
of
the
royal
family
need
to
use
a
last
name—when
they’re
in
school
or
in
the
military,
for
example—they
actually
have
a
few
choices.
Here’s
a
list
of
all
their
choices—and
how
it
got
to
be
this
way
in
the
first
place.
Before
1917,
royals
didn’t
use
last
names
at
all.
Back
then,
royals
had
only
their
first
names
and
the
name
of
the
house
or
dynasty
they
were
part
of.
You’ve
probably
heard
of
some
of
these
dynasty
names,
like
the
House
of
Tudor
and
the
House
of
York.
In
1917,
when
King
George
V
had
been
in
power
for
seven
years,
he
decided
to
change
the
house
name
to
Windsor.
But
he
wasn’t
just
changing
the
dynasty
name.
George
V
also
specified
that
Windsor
was
to
become
the
royal
family’s
official
surname,
too.
Today,
the
royal
family
is
still
known
as
the
House
of
Windsor,
and
in
a
general
sense,
Windsor
is
still
the
royals’
last
name.
When
Queen
Elizabeth
II
came
to
power,
she
made
a
small
change.
In1947,Princess
Elizabeth
married
Philip
Mountbatten.
Just
a
few
years
later,
after
her
father
died,
Elizabeth
became
Queen
Elizabeth
II.
Mount
batten
became
Prince
Philip,
Duke
of
Edinburgh.
In
1960,
Elizabeth
and
Philip
decided
that
they
wanted
to
make
their
branch
of
the
royal
family
tree
different
from
the
others.
They
specified
that
their
children
would
use
the
last
name
Mountbatten-Windsor.
But
royals
don’t
always
use
the
Mount
batten-Windsor
name.
Some
members
have
used
the
name
of
their
family’s
territory
instead.
For
example,
when
Prince
William
and
Prince
Harry
served
in
the
army
,they
went
by
William
Wales
and
Harry
Wales—because
their
father
is
the
Prince
of
Wales.
And
Princesses
Eugenie
and
Beatrice
have
gone
by
EugenieYork
and
Beatrice
York,
since
their
father,
Prince
Andrew,
is
the
Duke
of
York.
4.
Who
made
Windsor
the
royals’last
name?
A.
Philip
Mountbatten.
B.
Queen
Elizabeth
II.
C.
King
George
V.
D.
Prince
William.
5.
What
was
the
change
made
by
Queen
Elizabeth
II?
A.
Her
children
can’t
use
their
last
names.
B.
Her
children
can
change
their
surnames.
C.
Her
children
should
use
a
certain
surname.
D.
Her
children
should
have
more
popular
names.
6.
What
can
we
learn
from
the
last
paragraph?
A.
The
royal
members
must
serve
in
the
army.
B.
The
royals’
children
admire
their
father
more.
C.
The
royal
family
like
to
live
in
a
certain
territory.
D.
The
royal
family
have
their
surnames
after
their
territory
sometimes.
7.
Which
of
the

C
In
the
nearly
two
centuries
since
German
physician
Carl
Wunderlich
established
98.6℉
as
the
standard“normal”
body
temperature,
it
has
been
used
by
parents
and
doctors
alike
as
the
measure
by
which
fevers
and
often
the
severity
of
illness
have
been
assessed.
In
more
recent
years,
however,
lower
body
temperatures
have
been
widely
reported
in
healthy
adults.
A
2019study
showed
that
the
normal
body
temperature
in
Americans
is
about
97.5℉.
A
multinational
team
led
by
Michael
Gurven
and
Thomas
Kraft
have
found
a
similar
decrease
among
the
Tsimane,
a
native
population
in
the
Bolivian
Amazon.
A
key
question,
then,
is
why
body
temperatures
have
declined
over
time
both
for
Americans
and
Tsimane.
Extensive
data
available
from
the
team’s
long-term
research
in
Bolivia
addresses
some
possibilities.
Declines
might
be
due
to
the
rise
of
modern
healthcare
and
lower
rates
of
lingering
mild
infections
now
as
compared
to
the
past.
But
while
health
has
generally
improved
over
the
past
two
decades,
infections
are
still
widespread
in
rural
Bolivia.
Therefore
the
results
suggest
that
reduced
infection
alone
can’t
explain
the
observed
body
temperature
declines.
It
could
be
that
people
are
in
better
condition,
so
their
bodies
might
be
working
less
to
fight
infection.
Or
greater
access
to
antibiotics(抗生素)
and
other
treatments
means
the
duration
of
infection
is
shorter
now
than
in
the
past.
Another
possibility
is
that
our
bodies
don’t
have
to
work
as
hard
to
regulate(调节)
internal
temperature
because
of
air
conditioning
in
the
summer
and
heating
in
the
winter.
While
Tsimane
body
temperatures
do
change
with
time
of
year
and
weather
patterns,
the
Tsimane
still
do
not
use
any
advanced
technology
for
helping
to
regulate
their
body
temperature.
They
do,
however,
have
more
access
to
clothes
and
blankets.
The
researchers
were
initially
surprised
to
find
no
single
“magic
bullet”
that
could
explain
the
decline
in
body
temperature.
It’s
likely
a
combination
of
factors—all
pointing
to
improved
conditions.
8.
What
role
has
98.6℉
been
playing?
A.
It
can
show
an
illness
is

B.
It
can
help
doctors
determine
a
fever.
C.
It
can
arouse
people’s
attention
to
health.
D.
It
can
indicate
an
abnormal
body
temperature.
9.
Why
rural
Bolivia
is
mentioned
in
the
text?
A.
To
arouse
readers’
sympathy.
B.
To
imply
other
existing
factors.
C.
To
call
for

access.
D.
To

to

10.
What
contributes
to
the

in
body
temperature?
A.
The
growing
adaptability.
B.
The
international
policies.
C
The
improved
conditions.
D.
The

【8题详解】
细节理解题。根据第一段中的“

【9题详解】
推理判断题。根据第四段最后两句“infections
are
still
widespread
in
rural
Bolivia.
Therefore
the
results
suggest
that
reduced
infection

can’t
explain
the

【10题详解】
细节理解题。通读全文尤其是最后一段最后一句“It’s
likely
a
combination
of
factors—all
pointing
to
improved

【11题详解】
主旨大意题。根据文章第三段“A

那么,一个关键问题就是为什么美国人和齐曼的体温都随着时间的推移而下降。从该团队在玻利维亚的长期研究中获得的大量数据说明了一些可能性。)通读全文可知,文章主要分析了人类体温呈下降趋势这一现象背后的原因。故选C。
【点睛】细节理解题
此题型是对文章具体细节的考查。通读全文或者部分段落,了解文中的重要事实或细节,然后遵循由整体到细节的原则,把握作者的思路,按全文---段落----词语的步骤来解题。
写作意图题
针对作者态度、语气、风格、倾向的推断。文章中一般都会暗含着作者的观点和态度,在文章的首段或尾段一般表现最为明显,故考生要重点理解首尾段,提炼作者的观点。
主旨(段落)大意题
要求考生在阅读和理解全文的基础上对文章或段落进行归纳、概括或评价。解答这类题时,不能只凭文中的只言片语而断章取义。在涉及文章的主题(main
idea)、结论(conclusion)、结局(ending)等有关问题时,需要在细读全文的基础上,结合所学语言知识、背景知识、生活常识等进行逻辑推理和判断,从而挖掘出文章中隐含的信息。

【分析】本文是一篇说明文。文章主要介绍了在生活中如何学会放手,更好地继续前行。
【16题详解】
根据上文“Whether
you
have

you

for
deeply,
whether
death
has
taken
a
loved
one,
whether
you

learn
how
to
move
on
and
let
go.(无论你是否经历过与你深爱的人分手,是否死亡带走了你所爱的人,是否你失去了一份工作,都要学会如何继续前进,如何释怀)”可知,上文提到学会如何继续前行和放手,故本句承接上文说明继续前进和放手的结果是:生活会再次变得快乐而有意义。故B选项“生活会再次变得快乐而有意义。”符合语境,故选B。
【17题详解】

【18题详解】
根据上文“Don’t
overreact

【19题详解】
根据后文“Although
you
may
feel
the
urge
to
avoid
interacting

your

and
family,
it
is
important
in
time
of
loss
that
you

social

Try
not
to
lose
the
friendships
you
have
built,
but
if
you

all
your

on
building
new
connections.(虽然你可能会想要避免与朋友和家人互动,但在失去亲人的时候保持社会联系是很重要的。试着不要失去你已经建立的友谊,但如果你发现自己与以前的联系隔绝了,集中所有的精力去建立新的联系)”可知,空格后讲尽管你可能有强烈的欲望想要避免与家人或朋友进行交流,但在失去的时候,保持社交是至关重要的,换句话说,作者的建议是不要独处,故A选项“不要花费太多时间独处。”符合语境,故选A。
【20题详解】
根据上文“Don’t
complain
about
what
has
happened,
and
don’t
listen
to

to
focus
your

【解析】
【分析】这是一篇说明文。文章主要介绍了上海的筷子文化及筷子在中国传统文化中的地位和作用。
【41题详解】
考查动词不定式作目的状语。句意:近日,某组织已采取措施将筷子列入上海市非物质文化遗产名录。分析句子成分可知,句中已有谓语动词has
taken,无连词,可知这是一个简单句,所以设空处是非谓语动词;根据句意可知,设空处表示目的,表目的要用动词不定式。故填to
add。
【42题详解】
考查同位语从句。句意:该组织的主席徐华龙说,尽管筷子是中国特有的东西,但在现代中国,人们越来越忽视筷子。根据句意可知,设空处对fact的内容进行解释说明,所以这是一个同位语从句;分析同位语从句句子成分可知,从句不缺名词性成分且句意完整,所以要填that。故填that。
【43题详解】
考查现在完成时。句意:中国的邻国日本已经把8月4日定为筷子节。根据时间副词already可知,句子要用现在完成时;主语
China’s
neighbor是第三人称单数,助动词要用has。故填has
set。
【44题详解】
考查非谓语动词作定语,句意:上海的筷子文化可以追溯到唐代,当时这些在城隍庙地区制造的物品享有广泛的流行。分析句子成分可知,when引导定语从句修饰Tang
Dynasty,主句为Chopstick
culture
in
Shanghai
dates
back
to
the
Tang
Dynasty,从句为these
items
enjoyed
widespread
popularity,可推断设空处是非谓语动词;根据句意可知,设空处作定语修饰名词items,与逻辑主语items之间是被动关系,表示被动要用过去分词。故填made。
【45题详解】
考查动名词作宾语。句意:作为商埠开放后,上海为拥有第一条机械化筷子生产线而自豪,生产的筷子不仅供应中南海、钓鱼台国宾馆,还作为礼品赠送给外国朋友。设空处位于介词of后面充当宾语,要用动名词形式。故填having。
【46题详解】
考查非限制性定语从句的关系代词。句意:作为商埠开放后,上海为拥有第一条机械化筷子生产线而自豪,生产的筷子不仅供应中南海、钓鱼台国宾馆,还作为礼品赠送给外国朋友。根据句意可知,设空句对名词chopsticks起补充说明作用,所以这是一个非限制性定语从句;分析非限制性定语从句句子成分可知,先行词chopsticks在从句中充当主语,先行词指物,所以要用关系代词which。故填which。
【47题详解】
考查介词。句意:作为商埠开放后,上海为拥有第一条机械化筷子生产线而自豪,生产的筷子不仅供应中南海、钓鱼台国宾馆,还作为礼品赠送给外国朋友。根据句意可知,设空处表达“作为”的意思,所以要填as。故填as。
【48题详解】
考查副词修饰动词。句意:目前世界上至少有18亿人使用筷子,虽然很小,但它是传承中华文明的一种手段。根据句意可知,设空处位于动词use前面起修饰作用,所以要用副词形式。故填currently。
【49题详解】
考查不定冠词。句意:目前世界上至少有18亿人使用筷子,虽然很小,但它是传承中华文明的一种手段。means意为“方法,手段”,是可数名词,前面没有限定词,所以要填冠词;此处没有特指,且means第一个发音为元音发音,所以要填a。故填a。
【50题详解】
考查名词作宾语。句意:人们认为,认识习俗的文化价值,有助于促进中国传统。设空处位于介词in后面充当宾语,且前面有定冠词the,所以设空处要用名词形式;promote的名词形式为promotion,为不可数名词。故填promotion。
