授课对象为初三的学生，大部分学生有一定的英语基础，对英语学习还有一定兴趣，但主动性不够强。1)
已知起点：话题熟悉，通过课前调查大多数同学能够读懂文章，掌握一定的阅读及写作技巧。2）可能存在问题：
部分学生能够理清文章，获取有关Kylie的信息，但不能准确掌握文章结构。3）应对策略：
通过问题链的一系列的问题帮学生理清文章结构，并写出自己文章的大纲。
教学目标
在本节课结束后，学生能够1.
通过阅读Kylie的故事，获取有关Kylie的一些信息，如她的好榜样是谁有哪些品质及Kylie要学习哪些；2.
分析和归纳范文结构；3.
在范文中找出并关注自己写作任务中所需要的结构，丰富自己的相关话题的表达语言；4.
