只起连接主、从句的
作用，它本身无意义，在口语或非正式文体中常省略。

引导的宾语从句
1.当宾语从句部分的语意相当于一个一般疑问句时，常用
if/whether
引导，表示“是否”。if/whether
在句中不充当成分，但不能省略。

的用法及区别
一般来说，在宾语从句中，if

whether
可以互换使用，但在特殊情况下，if
