寻物启事:个人或单位丢失物品,希
望通过启事得到帮助找回物品。
招领启事:拾到东西后寻找失主
前来认领。
在西方国家,学生一旦不小心在学校里丢失了东西,就会写一个Lost便条,上面写出所丢物品以及联系方式。同样,当人们拾到了物品,会以同样的方式在纸上写一个Found便条。
也有些学校会专门设立一个失物招领处,例如:Lost and Found(box, office, room, desk…), 便于大家找回丢失的物品。
