Festival. People eat yuanxiao, hang lanterns and do dragon dances.

fun 在此处是名词，并且是不可数名词，意为“乐趣,趣味”。have fun表示“玩得开心，过得愉快”相当于“have a good time”或“enjoy oneself”，have fun后接动词-ing 形式，表示“做某事很愉快”。

My Favourite Festival
My favourite festival is the Mid-Autumn Festival. It
comes on August 15th of the lunar calendar. On that day,
the whole family gets together to celebrate it. At night, we
sit in the open air and watch the moon. We eat moon cakes
And fruit. They are very delicious. It is said that there is a
beautiful dairy called “Chang’e” living on the moon with her
rabbit . We all have a good time on that day.
