教学内容：
译林版《英语》四年级上册Unit5 Our new home (Story time)
教学目标：
1、学生能初步感知、体验单词bedroom, living room, clock, table, bathroom, home, sofa, come, kitchen, fridge, hungry并理解单词的意思；
2、学生能在情境中感知如何问询物品的方位，能初步听懂、会说、会读句型日常交际用语：Where’s/Where are ... It’s/ They’re … .
3、学生能正确地理解并朗读对话内容，在教师的引导和帮助下尝试复述课文内容。
教学重难点：
能理解句型Where’s/Where are ... It’s/ They’re … .的含义，并能应用到实际中进行描述。
能在教师引导下复述课文。
教具准备:
PPT、 头饰、 pad

Step1. Pre- reading

T: Let’s begin our class. First let’s enjoy a song.

T:Yes. Today we will learn Unit5 Our new home.
Read the title.

T: Do you have a new home Who has a new home Is it big/ nie/ clean/ far from here
T: In the story, there’s a new home. Look, who has a new home
S:Su Hai and Su Yang.
T: Yes. They say :Welcome to our new home! Let’s go and visit them. OK
S: OK.
T: Wow, a new home. What do you think of their new home
S: It’s big/ clean/ nice/ great/good/wonderful…
T: Here’s a map of the new home. Let’s see together. How many rooms are there
S: There are eight.
T: What rooms do they have Can you guess
S: Maybe they have…
T: Good! Let’s see together. What room is it
S: It’s a bedroom/ living room/ dining room/ kitchen/ bathroom.

Step3. Play a game
T: Now let’s play a game. Say what you see/
Step2. While-reading
T: Look! Su Hai and Su Yang are in the new home. What happened Let’s have a prediction. There are three choices.
S: They can’t find their things.
T: Yes, they can’t find their things. What’s missing Let’s watch a cartoon and find out the answers. Now take out your pad. Tick the correct answers.
