Young people often take part in dancing in parties or at other social gatherings. They like to make friends by doing this. Through taking part in dancing, they can know a lot of people and they may be very good friends very soon.
To the elderly, the steps in dancing are very slow. If the movements are very quick and fierce（激烈，猛烈）,they may get hurt and be easily to fall down. Therefore, they need dance very slowly and this is also a good way to exercise themselves.
In my opinion, I think dancing is a very healthy activity. It is very meaningful. But some other activities such as jogging, swimming and playing games are all good.
