If you are new to running, here is some advice for you — it is important to warm up and cool down properly before and after running, so you do not hurt yourself.

1. 不定代词的定义
英语中不明确指代某个(些)人、某个(些)事物的代词被称为不定代词。由some-, any-, no-, every-加上-one, -body, -thing组成的代词叫复合不定代词。

2. 复合不定代词的分类
(1)复合不定代词都可以看作是单数,表示“某人,某物”等,在句中作主语,宾语和表语。

(2)被形容词修饰的时候,形容词要放在复合不定代词之后。
