In America, nobody uses the expression“How do you do ” I don’t know how to answer it. I never heard it until I came to China, but Chinese people say it all the time. I wonder why “Nice to meet you” is much better.

B1: I’m doing great. 我很好。
B2: I’m doing OK. 我还行。
B3: Pretty good. 还好。
B4: Not too bad. 还不错。

6.A: How’s life treating you 日子过得还算惬意吗?
B1: Not bad.不算坏。
B2: It could be worse.还行。

用于朋友之间。对好久没见的人就说:How’s life been treating you
