Step 3Students read the text for the second time and find the text description in answer to the third question:“On a quiet morning in the mountains, feel the sun on your skin, and breathe in the sweet scent of fresh flowers while birds greet the new day with their morning song.” (Line 7-8)Step 4Let the students read this sentence several times, with their favorite way to experience the good mood. Students may read it aloud. They can ask the companion to read aloud, oneself close the eyes meditation experience.
