教材分析 课文情境是Tom给远在英国的奶奶打电话。电话中，Tom先问了奶奶伦敦今天和昨天的天气状况，接着又询问了奶奶昨天是否在家。奶奶告诉Tom昨天自己和爷爷去上汉语课，于是接着问奶奶现在在不在家，奶奶大笑。原来Tom是和奶奶用座机在通话，奶奶当然在家里，而Tom还太小，不太明白，所以才会问出这样的问题。
教学目标 掌握重点词汇：yesterday,out,well,thanks,sun,lesson 学习重点句型：Were you at home yesterday 及其回答：Yes,I was./No, I wasn’t.
教学重点 能够对过去发生的事情进行提问并回答。
教学难点 Were you at home yesterday 及其回答：Yes,I was./No, I wasn’t.
