根据课标要求，学生能做到用简单的英语互致问候、交换有关个人家庭和朋友的简单信息。能根据所学内容表演小对话或歌谣。能在图片的帮助下听懂、读懂并讲述简单的故事。能根据图片或提示写简单的句子。在学习中乐于参与、积极合作主动请教。乐于了解异国文化、习俗。
教材分析：
本课旨在学习四季和衣着词汇，并能用所学的表达天气和衣着的词汇，进行语言交流。教材以四季的描写和Jenny季节的衣着为载体，配以相应插图，贴近学生生活，充满童趣，
学情分析：
六年级学生虽然在思想上比低年级的学生成熟，但他们仍然有着孩子的天真和稚气，他们对chant，游戏等的教学活动仍十分感兴趣。因此，在教学中要精心设计能激发学生学习兴趣又能从中学到知识的有意义活动，让学生能积极主动参与学习，让他们在乐中学，学中乐，培养学生英语学习的兴趣和自信心。
教学目标：
　　一.知识目标
　 1.学生能听懂、会说、认读并书写下列词汇：umbrella, Ms.,driver
2.学生要能认读、理解并运用下列问句：Do you always go to school by bus
二.能力目标
　　学生能用所学词汇、句型谈论日常生活的一些话题。
　　三.情感目标
　　鼓励学生用英语进行表达，培养学生喜欢用英语交流的兴趣。
教学方法：情景交际法，听说法
教学重点：
　　1.学生能听懂、会说、认读并书写下列词汇：umbrella, Ms., driver
　　2.学生要能认读、理解并运用下列问句：Do you always go to school by bus
教学难点：频度副词always, often, sometimes, never的理解和运用。
教学过程：
一、Greeting and review
T: How’s the weather today What day is today
出示卡片上本课的词组，让学生认读。（walk to school ride one’s bile far from）
二、Hook
This class we’ll learn Lesson 7 On the school bus.
三．New concept
1.Read the text by yourself.Circle the words and phrases you can’t understand. Underline the sentences you can’t understand。Explain Miss,Mrs. and Ms’ difference.Explain umbrella with the kind.
2.Help and learn they can’t understand each other in group.
3.Report and supplement in class.
T: Read the text again,think about the question:How does Jenny go to school
4.The students answer and the teacher write:
Jenny often goes to school by bus.Sometimes she rides her bike.She never walk to school.
The teacher draw four adverbs in red chalk.then discuss their usage and location.
5.Report and supplement in class again.then the teacher corrections.
6.Test whether the students are correct adverbs.

教学反思：
本节课通过学生自学课文，找到了课文的主要句子，从而引出了四个频度副词通过学生进一步学习探讨，掌握了他们的读音，意思及用法。从而完成了教学目标。
另外，课堂训练大多围绕课本内容及学生的实际展开，较好的实施了以学生为主体的教学理念。在本课采用了直观教学法，观察法等较好地调动了学生的学习积极性，课堂气氛也比 较活跃。主要不足是由于课文内容多，阅读及讨论占用了较长时间，导致有关副词用法学习练习时间不够充足，学生没能熟练掌握此项内容。在今后的教学设计中，努力布置好每个环节所用的时间，不再出现类似情况。
