Unit12 Fire单元整体教学设计
教材分析
1.功能
本单元的语言功能是：对必须要做及不能做的事进行警告和禁止。
2.结构
本单元教学内容由一个对话、一个故事及语音学习栏目组成。
3.教学目标
⑴能在语境中正确运用本单元的核心词汇。
⑵能用情态动词must来表达必须要做或禁止做的事情。
⑶能正确读出字母组合th在单词中的发音，并能迁移到其他含有th组合的单词拼读中。
⑷了解有关火的一些常识，注意防火安全。
4.教学重点
（1）词汇：fire, hurt, must, careful, smoke, hate, burn down, (be) careful with, not…at all
（2）句型We must be careful with fire. We mustn’t play with matches.
(3)了解字母组合th在单词中的发音。
5.教学难点
（1）must be后接形容词的用法。
（2）mustn’t句型与Don’t…句型的区别。
（3）th发清音、浊音的区别。
二、学情分析
本单元的重点内容使用句型Don’t…和情态动词must或mustn’t对必须做及禁止做的事情提出警告或禁止。Don’t…句型已在三年级下册Unit9学过，如Don’t litter. Don’t throw stones.等。因此，通过Don’t…句型很容易过渡到mustn’t句型表达的禁止，便于学生对mustn’t的理解与运用。

T: 呈现Listen and say 图片，Ms Guo, the children, the fireman, they are talking about the fire. What do you know about the fire
三、新授
1.学习词汇hurt
T: The doctors come. Because some people hurt in the fire. So the fire can hurt people.并板书单词hurt。学生跟读。
2.学习词组burn down
T:出示森林着火图片，引出句子Fire can burn down a lot of trees. 并板书词组burn down。学生跟读。
3.学习句子We must be careful with fire.
T: Fire is very dangerous. So we must be careful with fire.板书并带读词汇must, be careful with
4.操练词汇must, be careful with
eg: We must do homework. We must brush teeth in the morning. We must be careful with the cars and buses in the street.
5.学习句型We must be careful with fire.
（1）出示Look and learn 中禁止吸烟图片，T: Fire can burn down a lot of trees. Can we smoke in the forest.板书句型Don’t smoke.及We mustn’t smoke in the forest.
(2)出示一根火柴，学习词汇match-matches
(3) 出示Look and learn 中禁止玩火柴图片，T: Can we play with matches at home.板书句型Don’t play with matches.及We mustn’t play with matches at home.
(4)出示用火做饭图片，We use fire to cook meals. But can we play near fires at home 板书句型We mustn’t play with matches at home.
6.播放Listen and say的动画视频，学生跟读，整体回顾。
四、操练
1.学生两人一组操练课后Look ,ask and answer栏目。
2.标识和句子匹配。
3.结合本课说一说对消防安全的认识。

二、新授
1.根据歌谣内容，简单叙述，巩固句型mustn’t
(1)When we see a fire, we mustn’t use a lift.
(2)If it is all smoky, we mustn’t stop for toys or clothes.
2. 学生跟读Listen and say并根据消防员说的有关消防安全的内容，填空完成句子。
（1）We mustn’t smoke.
（2）We must be careful with fires.
3. 播放课本Make and say的动画视频，然后，请学生说一说制作一个警示标志的步骤。
4.出示给学生不同的场所，如图书馆，电影院等，学生用must句型进行讨论。
Ss: We mustn’t talk aloud in the library.
5.出示Learn and sounds的语音单词卡片，th( thin) 和 th ( path ), 学生跟读单词，感受并总结th在单词中的发音。
6.区别字母组合th在单词中的不同发音。
T: 给一些含有字母组合th的单词，学生依据发音归类。eg: thin, this, that, three, mouth, path,they.
