Colors can change our moods and make us feel happy or sad, energetic or sleepy.
Different colors have different affections on moods.

2. She can advise people what colours to wear.
1) advise 作为及物动词,意为“劝告”、“建议”。

后面可以接名词。

He advised to me not to smoke.
I advised his starting at once.
后面可以接that从句,从句中的谓语动词用 “should+动词原型”, should可以省去。
