Finally, friendship is also the secret of keeping healthy. A good friend makes us laugh and feel good. It plays a really important part in one’s heath.

Health is important for us. So we need to know how to keep healthy.
First, having a healthy eating habits is important.We should eat lots of fruit and vegetables. Because they are good for our health. Eating little meat and drinking more milk are good for us, too. Don’t eat junk food .Second, taking exercise is helpful. Regular exercise can help build us up. We can play basketball, take a walk, run or swim. Finally, relaxing ourselves is necessary. We should sleep for about 8 hours at night, and never work too hard. What’s more, we can relax ourselves by listening to some music, watching TV, doing sports or talking to others.
In a word, keep healthy, and we can study better, work better and live a happier life.
