Everyone gets stressed from time to time. Different people feel stressed in different ways. Try taking these steps when you are stressed.
Ask for help. When you need help, ask the people who care about you for help. Talk to your parents or your teachers. And don't forget about your friends. They may be worried about the same test or have similar problems.
Don't be angry! It's easy to let your feelings out of control when you are upset. When you feel unhappy, think about why you feel that way. Then, find a way to calm down(平静). Doing breathing exercises, listening to music or playing with a pet will help you feel better.
Don't take it out on yourself. Sometimes when you are stressed or upset, you may take it out on yourself. This is not a good idea. Remember that there are always people to help you. Be kind to yourself and ask for help to get you through the difficult situation you are facing.
Try to solve the problem. After you calm down and get help from adults and friends, it's time to work out the problem. Although you can't solve all of it, you may begin by solving a piece of it.

How to Get on Well with Our Parents
I get on well with my parents. We always watch TV, and talk about the things that happened to us today. We are very happy to spend time on playing games together. Although sometimes we are in disagreement, it can't continue for one day.
In my opinion, we should spend more of our free time chatting with our parents and telling them something about ourselves they want to know.
Next, see our parents as our friends. We always like talking to our friends more than to our parents. In fact, our parents are the people who love us most and give us their best.
Finally, study hard. Although we may not be the top, our parents will be very happy.
So we should try our best to get on well with our parents.
