1.(1) when是特殊疑问副词.“什么时候”；
“何时”，用来引导特殊疑问句，询问时间。
eg. —When is the party 晚会是什么时候？

(2)When和what time的区别；
①当询问的是某年.某月或某日时，一般使用when，而不用what time.
②what time用于询问具体的几点钟.

May 2nd（5月2日）是日期的表达法.表达具体日期通常为；
①月 + （the）+日（序数词），年”
月份为专有名词，首字母必须大写、书写时日期可以是序数词，也可以是基数词。如：
2015年6月8日 June 8th ，2015或 June 8 ，2015
8月3日 August 3rd 或 August 3
[拓展] 英语中表示具体年、月、日的方式通常有两种：“月 + 日 + 年”或“日 + 月 + 年”。年份要用逗号隔开。如：
2015年9月9日可表达为： September 9th, 2015

3.①当表在具体某天时，用介词on；在年、月前用in。如：
on May 22nd 在5月22日 in October 在10月

② on 用在日期、星期几、节日前，也可用来表示具体某一天的上午、下午或晚上。如：
on November 1st 在11月1日
on Children’s Day 在儿童节
on Tuesday evening 在周二晚上
③in用在月份、季节、年份等前面，也可以表示“在早上、在下午、在晚上”。如：
