其构成是“There be+名词十地点状语”, 表示“某地有（存在）某人或某物”；
其中be动词的形式要和其后的主语在人称和数上保持一致；
如果有两个或两个以上的名词作主语, be动词要和最靠近它的那个名词在人称和数上保持一致, 即遵循“就近原则”。
