You can learn English from TV as well. If you just begin to learn the language, try to watch kids' channels to learn. That's because it is easier for you to understand. Then you can try other adults' channels to learn more.
Above all, try to practice speaking English as often as you can. Talk to other English speaking people and listen carefully when they talk. You can imitate(模仿) their pronunciation so that you can speak like a native speaker. Learning a language well greatly depends on your hard work.
